nice clean convenient apartment with all the amenities. air conditioning worked great. Caretaker Ahmad was great. Worked with our local family to get our key before our arrival and extra towels after we arrived Good proximity to great food just across the street! nice view and very quiet.

We stayed in JJH because it was very close to our daughter who is currently living in Singapore at the moment. We stayed there in January this year as well. Very clean while quite basic it suited our needs. Very comfy bed. There was a big shopping mall called Nex that was only a 10-15 walk away. Bus stop very close and bus terminal, the MRT is there as well In the NEX building plus 2 supermarkets.

The location is very close to the main shopping center and easy to catch public transport. The 24hr dining across the road is a bonus.

Very poor tv reception. No digital channels provided. Still on analogue. Can't get all Singapore channels. And no toilet paper provided for an accommodation, which is a first for me!

The kitchen was big, but there was no living area, The shower in the bathroom was good, there were a lot of cabinets The kitchen top was good

The bed was too soft, it gave backaches, the drainage system in the bathroom was poor, need to get a viper to clear up after bath, as it made the bathroom slippery which was dangerous, there was no living space, so TV can only be watched from the bed, which made it useless, One side of the bed was tucked in the wall, so it became very clastrophobic. The apartment was not properly cleaned, it had ants on the bed and on the walls, there was no assistance in clearing the refuse, we had to take it ourselves to the refuse bin outside the building. There was the smell of smoking all over the lobby space, it was very displeasing.

Very near MRT, only one stop away to Serangoon mrt. Opposite have lots of good food and the place is well equipped. Will come back again! Stayed due to home reno.

Water seeping into the room from the floor during rainy days . The room has ants . The floor in the toilet is slippery . The saucepan is rusty . People smoking in the next room .

The convenience of the location. The bigger studio room is better too with a more comfortable bed & more space. Price could be lower, considering there are no cleaning services. You can also request for a standing fan, that's great.

The inconvenience of deposit $200 on top $200 for the gate card for carparking. If no gate card, driver has to walk up the slope to the side gate & come to gate to press open the gate himself. When it rains, this is inconvenient. Some rooms could be cleaner. If there is a broom & dustpan in room, we could at least sweep it up ourselves. There was supposed to be housekeeping once a week, but no one came to clean. The ceiling fan on top of bed is so dusty! The TV in some studios have only 3 local channels and is not a SmartTV. The picture quality is also very bad! The blinds in the toilet is too sheer. Especially since the windows are at waist level. And please put a rubbish bin, at least one per level or one big one at the lobby, and to be cleared daily. When it rains, inconvenient to go out of premise to throw rubbish.
