Staff were nice and friendly, shower was good

There was no heating on all night and was freezing. Bed was small and uncomfortable.

The bedrooms were very comfy with everything that we needed for our one night stay.

The kettle didn't fit under the taps so filling it was tricky.

it was clean and the bar had a great atmosphere in the evening, the staff were very accompanying and friendly

the fact that there is no one other than guests on the property overnight gave other guests the right to be up all night, shouting really loudly and then to become aggressive and confrontational when asked to keep down the noise. this completely ruined our stay and was unacceptable to the point we had to leave in the middle of the night to be able to get home to get some sleep. leaving the building without any staff overnight is really not acceptable .

The room was nice and comfy, very much my kind of space. They went through a lot to make sure the room was very neat and comfortable. There was enough tea & coffee sachets to take care of us and the bathroom was well stocked. The heating in the room was super efficient and the entire neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet even with its proximity to the road.

There's no staff on hand at night if you wanted anything from the bar or kitchen.

the booking.com listing features a picture of a food specials board. this property doesn’t do food at all. it had been the reason we booked here. overheard a staff member moaning i had mentioned it on check in.

Pub was clean and the bed room was very clean got lovely staff and helpful
