It's in a great location close to Nationaltheatret station. Located in a queit, nice and "posh" neighborhood. The amenities are perfect. all you need for a nice stay.

La zona e la camera era veramente accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato patatine, birre, acqua e tanto altro (tutto incluso), torneremo sicura.

The location is great! 2min walking to the tram lines 11 and 12. 15-20min walk to the nationaltheater metrostation. A lot of cutes cafés in walking distance. Online check-in worked well. Remember to do it beforehand online. I used the lockers for my luggage on my last day and I liked it. Big lockers and easy to use. I’ve read a lot of comments about the lift and the WiFi. So the lift worked great during my stay. The WiFi was on and off a couple of times. But it didn’t bother me.

My kitchen was well equipped except for a teapot. The mugs were too small for one teabag so I had to use the bowl instead. The ac/ ventilation system was really loud in my room especially at night. And the rooms were quite cold. I wish there would’ve been an option to adjust the room temperature. One last thing: please put doormats in the rooms. The hallways and rooms were always wet because of the swnowy shoes.

Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and parks to visit. Very clean room, enough space for family, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and toiletries. Perfect

La habitación algo pequeña, pero cómoda

Rent og hyggelig. Kode til inngangsdør og på rom funket bra, godt å slippe kort eller ekstra nøkkel. Rommet ga en god romfølelse og var rent. Utstyrt med det man måtte trenge for et par dagers opphold og enkel matlaging, og gratis snacks var veldig hyggelig å komme til! Godt at heisen var reparert da jeg hadde med reisefølge med dårlige bein. Lite støy fra gate og ellers i bygget selv om vi var der en helg. Gode senger og behagelig sengetøy. Vinbar og restaurant i første etasje. Kort avstand til trikken på Ridderholds plass som tar deg til og fra togstasjon, Nationaltheateret eller opp i byen til Majorstuen. Kort avstand til busstopp og flere trikker på Solli. Der er det også flere restauranter.

Inn- og utsjekk som må gjøres digitalt er litt styrete, men det har man jo selv gått med på når man booker et sted uten resepsjon. Man kommuniserer gjennom Whatsapp som er en app ikke mange nordmenn bruker til å kommunisere, men som er mer vanlig andre steder i verden. Spesielt når man må oppgi identifikasjon og logge inn før man kan sjekke inn kan det bli styrete om man står utenfor inngangspartiet sent på kvelden og kun vil inn på rommet. Kan derfor være lurt å logge inn og legge inn bilde av ID et par dager i forveien for å få tilsendt inngangskoden på bookingdagen og få en smidig innsjekk. For utsjekk kan man scanne en QR kode, som var litt knotete å komme inn på, men det løste seg når man kan sende bookingen en melding på Whatsapp. Kommunikasjonen på Whatsapp er på engelsk og man snakker først med en robot før man får chatte med et menneske, som gjorde at det tok lengre tid enn om man hadde fått hjelp fra et menneske fra start. Vi hadde også problemer med TVen som ikke hadde lagt inn noen kanaler eller NRK, og som vi heller ikke fikk spilt av noe på gjennom Chromecast.

Location is great, close to public transport, coffeehouses and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious with lots of excellent amenities and additions like easily available essentials and snacks. Staff is quick to reply to chat on WhatsApp.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the best stay for us. We made clear that we have small baby with us. In a snowy Oslo you would expect they’d have heating on, but the apartment was freezing and it took about 2 days for it to properly heat up, this was very uncomfortable with a baby. Additionally, the hob wasn’t switched on and the TV wasn’t working. We’ve communicated this to the staff, who after days of back and forth finally agreed to offer us a different room. When we went up to the room we saw that they downgraded us, they never mentioned it or offered any compensation. Of course this was very upsetting after days of issues you don’t assume you’ll also be downgraded and expected to pay the full price. The stay continued with other small issues (lift not working for a short time, etc.). But to be fair to them they did send out apology snacks and a discount coupon for next stay, but we weren’t left with a great taste. Sad because the locale and apartment is very lovely.

Parfait l’emplacement, le quartier très calme et sécurisé. On se croyait chez nous et nous avons tout aimé !!

Alt. Beliggenhet, leiligheten, balkongen. Enormt deilig at det låg litt snacks etter en lang reise. Her kommer jeg igjen!

le ménage n'a été fait qu'une fois en 9 jours ... Une fois de plus n'aurait pas été du luxe !!! Des clients ont fait la fête sur leur balcon jusqu'au petit matin : dommage pour le repos des clients voisins ...

Flott og romslig leilighet med sentral beliggenhet på Frogner. Gåavstand til det meste. Leiligheten var pen og godt utstyrt. Hyggelig med drikke og snacks ved ankomst😀

House was good from inside

The elevator did not work for 2 days (something unheard of) and we were on 4th floor. We needed to carry our luggages (4 suitcases and bagpacks) up and down ourselves 😔 Our room view was blocked from other buildings.

The studio was great, very functional, modern and quiet and had a good washing machine. Minor side note, but important to me, very good hair dryer!

Most importantly the Wifi needs improving urgently. I had read about it before booking it, but it had not improved by the time I stayed. It was useable, but I had some Teams calls and it was impossible to do them with video. Also, an airer to borrow from the "service station" might be helpful, although the washing machine has a dryer, not every laundry can be dried in a tumble dryer.

Sometimes Internet is slow

Loved the style, the location and oh my God the windows. They are so deep that you just can’t resist to sit there. Close to everything, just park the car along the street and walk. Three toilets and two showers, so perfect when you travel with teenagers. Easy to check in/out and easy to contact the staff.

Good apartment and facilities. Welcoming snacks and drinks are nice.

The lift is broken. Our room was on the fifth floor, and we had some big luggage’s… :(

We are into three very beautiful apartments with dishwashers, washers and dryers in one call mom, kitchenette with detergent and dishwasher soap, free. The location is in the most expensive area in Oslo, five minutes walk from the kings palace, and three minutes walk from 7-Eleven

Elevator has not been working, apparently for several months. The company should install a new elevator if they cannot fix the current one. We had to carry 60 pound bags up to the fifth floor and that was a horrible experience. And we had to go up and down five stories a few times a day which is not suitable for older and sick people
