Lovely property close to Church Stretton. Lovely garden and hot tub.

Had great character and very well finished.

There was no welcome note or just a little bit about the property.

The location is perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub is a real bonus. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I woulld change is that 1 shower for 6 people is a bit of a prob, maybe put another shower in top double bedroom or hot tub room.

The location of Old Hall Barns 3 was good for us. We wanted to find somewhere in the Church Stretton area where we could walk to a pub for an evening meal. It was nice to have the option of the hot tub, although it was very little used as we were just staying for a weekend. Parking right outside the house was easy, as was key collection on arrival.

1. Although we were pleased to see a dishwasher listed, so we wouldn't have to wash up, sadly it didn't work when we put it on overnight on the Sat night, just filling with dirty water & not cleaning anything. So we had to empty it & hand wash everything before breakfast on Sunday, which wasn't great. If we'd been staying longer it might have been possible to sort this out, but as we were just staying for a weekend, there wasn't time to do anything about it. 2. The property was not thoroughly cleaned on our arrival. We came across sweet wrappers on & under furntiture, bottle tops under a bed, dust on some surfaces and the fridge wasn't clean. 3. The vacuum provided smelt awful. We started to use it to clean up but it left a horrible smell. 4. Sykes, who managed the booking via booking.com were not easy to deal with. Loads of messages but not relevant or useful and when I did want to change something (they somehow insisted on giving my title as Mr, couldn't actually do this & ended up giving up)

Absolutely in love with this place. Beautiful spacious cottage perfect for 6 people, great location close to Long Mynd hike, clean beautiful room with very comfy beds, hot tub was just a top

Location was excellent for us as we wanted to target Carding Mill valley in Church Stretton

Space, cleanliness, hosts, facilities, location for lovely walks all excellent. House was lovely (mind the beams), hot tub great fun, be nice if the we could book in the sun ☀️!

The hot tub was a great addition. The views, the layout of the building. Lots of pans, crockery, utensils etc.
