تم تسليمي شقه سيئه غير المحجوزه فالموقع وتم الاستبدال بشقه اخرى اسوء و الاثاث قديم ..الشقه غير مؤهله للسكن والمرافق الصحيه تحتاج صيانه .. المطبخ غير كامل ..

It is very nice and the owners were very nice with me and it was very clean

- convenient location - huge area of the apartment - many light bulbs and sockets - polite landlord; quick replies via messenger

- the windows overlook a busy road - a little dirty

It was in a great location, next to some malls and safe area

It was not clean and when we asked for it to be cleaned we had to pay for the cleaning seperately

Exceptional location, very good furnished apartment. It is recommended for a family to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, Especially Abdo was a kind boy.

If I had any suggestions for how the place could improve, it would be to add a few more hospitality items or upgrade others.

The apartment advertised there would be a sofa bed but there wasn’t any when we arrived, only a sofa. Host was not helpful in the issue and even refused a part refund for the false advertisement. The apartment was very dirty and bad smell coming from the kitchen sink and bathrooms. Ants infested in the bedrooms. Bed sheet was ripped. Wifi is included in the booking but after a week wifi cut out and host wanted us to pay for more wifi even though it is included in the booking. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Location was great and swimming pool was good

Leaking toilet and kitchen. Complained 2 twice before it was sorted. Wi-Fi wasn’t working all 3 weeks even though we complained. Fixed 2 days before we left!
