Comfortable with great views very relaxing

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment. It was just as the photos but felt even more spacious than expected. It well located for our trip to Eastbourne and just what we needed for the weekend.

Great spot for staying by the coast, good views of the marina

The apartment was lovely, everything you needed supplied, clean and furnished superbly we loved it and was sorry to leave, will definitely recommend and hopefully go again ourselves.

The balcony view was lovely but the main problem was that the back bedroom door would only shut half way as it was blocked by the bed, giving no privacy at all when in a mixed group of adults.

I had a really good time at your flat and found it very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.Thanks

The first thing you see on entering the apartment is the amazing view from the living room and balcony. It was very clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was also very good. We had about a 10 minute walk to several restaurants and about another 5 minutes to an Asda. Just beside the Asda is a bus stop which, if you take the 99 and purchase a dayrider ticket, allows you to travel anywhere from Eastbourne to Hastings during that day. I'd like to thank Joanna and Alan for their help and we would definitely stay in their apartment again

Had a great week. Got lucky with great weather and load’s going on in all the local resorts including build up to the queens jubilee.

Lovely property in a wonderful setting

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful location near a good choice of restaurants and a short drive from Eastbourne centre. Would certainly recommend.

Flat was neat and tidy, good views over the marina. The retail park is nearby and convenient for groceries. 10 minutes drive into central Eastbourne, close to Beachy Head, Cuckmere Haven, Alfriston, Lewes, and the South Downs National Park

The apartment has lovely views of the harbour with plenty of parking available and an easy walk to restaurants and buses. It was well equipped with everything you need and excellent Wi-fi. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year.

Lovely 2 bed flat with great views of the Marina. Looks even better than the pictures. A good selection of restaurants and a small retail park within easy walking distance. Just a few minutes walk to beach on the other side of the building.

Joanna & Alan were great hosts and immediately dealt with a couple of teething problems we had. Apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking the inner harbour which gets the sun all afternoon.

Well decorated clean property with all the facilities needed for a good stay. Great views over the marina, with plenty of interest to see, with a large superstore nearby, and restaurants. Five minutes drive from Eastbourne sea front, and good access to Beachy Head, Cookmere Haven, Newhaven, Rye, Winchelsea, Hastings, Lewes & the South Downs

The flat is excellent, spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished in a calm but cheerful style, and with a large balcony overlooking the harbour and marina. The beach, with a Martello tower, is a short walk away, with wonderful views. At the far end of the harbour (easily walkable) is a selection of restaurants: we loved Ganges (Indian). A shopping centre with Asda and Boots is nearby. You need a car to go into Eastbourne. The only difficulty was that the information booklet was unavailable because of Covid-19 considerations, but Joanna was easily contactable and very helpful. Overall the property left us with a very good impression and we would be happy to visit again.

A fantastic property, everything you need in a holiday let and more, including the most beautiful view of the harbour. The apartment was clean, everything was perfect to be honest. We would visit again. Ideally need a car to transport you around Eastbourne and the surrounding areas although the bus service is good.

Great spot, short walk to sovereign harbour village shops and cafes in one direction and short walk to beach in other direction. Middle of a large block but we had very little noise from other apartments and the balcony has a lovely outlook.

Das Appartement hatte eine super Lage.Ruhig,toller Blick und fußläufig zu den nahegelegenen Restaurants und dem Einkaufszentrum.Wir waren als Familie da und das Appartement hatte ausreichend Platz. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Eastbourne im Bereich Sovereign Harbour. Der Blick in den Yachthafen von Balkon und Wohnzimmer ist sehr ansprechend. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Kiesstrand ist ebenfalls in der Nähe fußläufig gelegen. Dank zweier Badezimmer ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen ideal.

Die Vermieterin war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wohnung eignet sich für Familien durch die 2 Schlafzimmer und Baeder. An manchen Stellen könnte die Wohnung sauberer sein.

We were initially surprised to find the apartment on a massive estate type complex. But it was in a great spot overlooking the most beautiful marina. And was a ten minute walk to bars and restaurants. There was a large Asda and other stores two minute drive away. Apartment was maybe slightly dated (if I was being picky) but it was clean and comfortable. And everything you could possibly want. Even a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us. We would definitely stay again .

Only drawback was the lift was out of order for the duration of our visit

Love this apartment do feel that linens could be upgraded and bathrooms updated, however that is just personal taste. The apartment has everything you can think of, this is the second time we have visited and we feel relaxed as soon as we step inside the door a real home from home

The apartment was in a fantastic location overlooking Sovereign Harbour's North Harbour. The apartment itself was very clean and was equipped with everything you could want, far more than is listed on the website. The two balconies and associated french doors let in loads of light. The immediate area was very good with a great choice of restaurants, and slightly further away a small shopping Centre with a supermarket. Close by is Beachy Head, Battle Abbey and Pevensey castle, all worth a visit. Overall, a wonderful holiday that we can hopefully repeat.
