bonjour. nous avons attendu une heure pour pouvoir entré dans l'appartement personne ne répondais au téléphone et notre arrivé n'avais pas été signalé au poste de garde. personne pour nous faire entré l'appartement était ouvert. les tapis de bain sale des carafes d'eaux au réfrigérateur a moitiés pleine. parking payant 350 pesos par jours dehors pour garer une moto. vraiment déçu par rapport a l'appartement loué auparavant dans ce lieux.

1-There wasn't hot water for shower. 2- No Blanket 3-we booked for 4 people . The room they gave us was for 2 people . after a lot of discussion ,the owner accepted to give us bigger room for 4 people but asked for $54 as extra . 4- Any two hours , the WIFI disconnected and we had to go the office 200meters far from our room and asking for connection.

The agent handling this apartment has attitude problem, she didn’t event guide or meet us in the first place, only kept the door open and the key inside, and she doesn’t even want to provide us with the important staff, towel and other toiletries. Besides, the rooms is very small, bed size is small, no internet, no TV channels.

I like the place, very near sm and near to the offices with my transaction

Some bulbs are not working, Bathroom was lock and I call 4times with caretaker there was no action so I decided to inform with the guard 😂 pretty good he call the maintenance and lastly no neflix
