Apparent has everything you need. Location is great, and appartment is sparking clean

We can enter the appartment after 4pm. Not sure is it always like that, but that is our case

Everything was perfect. Despite a bit tight for the family of four, but we were just two days so we don’t complain. Location is superb. Lots of parks nearby, Real Palacio, Cathedral, Latina neighborhood, grocery stores, fast food restaurants, bus stop. Don’t know what to add more.

The apartment was really nice, looked like newly renovated, it has a great shower and you could find everything you needed inside. Silvia was very nice and communicative, she also left something for our daughter in the apartment which we really apreciated. The place is near a park, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

At the arrival the apartment was spotless, super clean and well kept. The location is very close, just a few hundred meters away from the Centre. Highly recommended!

Clean, contemporary and well equipped this apartment is perfect for a couple. Excellent AC, easy access including a wee lift. Fab bed and a big sofa bed option too if required. The shower is A-mazing! Great location for evenings in Plaza Mayor and surrounding tapas bars and markets.

For me, as an asthmatic the steep incline/steps up into the city was too much but we managed well with Uber taxi there and a gorgeous sunset walk home down the steps by the big bridge 🌉 Fitter people will easily manage the walk either way in 15 minutes or so.

Perfect location for visiting centre of Madrid. Hardly recommended accommodation.

Not very comfortable sofa

This fully renovated and fully equipped apartment is located in the first floor of an old building. I have seen the narrowest elevator of my life here (but surely better than not having it). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice, clean and large shower that you can't even find in 5 star hotels. The highlight of this place is its cleanness and I really hope it stays like this until we stay there again!

Very very minor point: It would be very helpful to have a curtain between bedroom and living/kitchen room. This way you don't disturb the sleeping person with bright lights.

the apartment is small but newly renovated and clean. the architect made a great job in choosing furniture. it is very comfortable in such a small space and you can have everything you need (even a table for 4 if you wish). i know what Im saying - we were staying for 3 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). sofa bed is very big and comfortable as well. the location is great. you have stores, restaurants, bars nearby as well as walking distance to all attractions. we did not use public transport at all. the building itself is nice too (it is an old building so the lift is very small - our prom did not fit in but the apartment is on the 1st floor so it is manageble). If Im back in Madrit I will stay there again.

Fantastic position of the apartment in the right centre of Madrid. Absolutely clean, very well equipped.

The apartment was very well equipped with dish washer, cutlery etc, there was a full equipped kitchen and the bathroom had a laundry machine. The apartment was brand new and the shower a wellness shower, where you can even sit down.

The walk to the city takes about 30 minutes.
