The pillar built within the bath area was not so good in design. It limits the area.

The room is clean

No parking for my vehicle. Its always full and part on my own risk. The room feel like prison jail. Its inside window dont see outdoor light. I can't sleep well, keep wake up in the midnight and hear dog sounds.

Room was clean, comfortable, staffs were very accommodating. Flexible for late checkout up till 3pm (with some charges)

No issue, except for you have to prepare cash for deposit. They don’t accept e-wallet/debit etc. Without cash, you will not be able to check-in so we had to go to the nearest ATM. Perhaps staffs could alert us in the message so that we’ll be prepared

Was clean

hotel staff went into my room despite having no disturb sign up. Worst the hotel staff went through my luggage but didn’t steal anything. how I know because I always keep my things a certain way so if anyone comes into the room when I’m not around, I know. plus whoever opened my bag didn’t close it back. so I felt my Privacy was violated. I left the hotel after 1 night. didn’t feel safe to go back.

Dirty Toilet with alot yellow stain, not enough hot water supply for 3 pax room, staff lake of knowledge when dealing with customer

Clean n beautiful hotel n cozy

The reception staff sour faces n rude attitudes ...Rm200 deposit n Rm 8 tax was not mention when checking in ..when checking out had to pay Rm50 for making the towels n bed sheet dirty..nonsense!!! Than why give white towel n white bed sheet? Even 5 star hotels don't say this! First time i am seeing a hotel with a list of summons 😡😡
