The staff is helpful, we decided to rent a motorbike, the staff help us to contact the vendor and sent the bike to hotel, and you just need to pass the key to the receptionist when you check out They served a little cake at tea time with a choice of coffee or tea.. you can get a try of their local cake The breakfast is highlighted! My friend highly recommend the egg Benedict and I just love all the choice The spa is excellent !

The toilet is a glass door, a bit loud when you flush If you plan to rent a car, make sure you have a good skill .. but the best way to explore Kuta, will be motorbike !

Nos encantó la ubicación, muy fácil de acceder a otras zonas y había vida nocturna alrededor así como restaurantes económicos. Tuvimos media pensión y el desayuno era muy completo, buffet y a la carta, aunque sentí que se terminaba temprano, tuvimos cena todas las noches y nos gustó mucho, eran grandes porciones pero las opciones un poco limitadas y no incluía bebidas. La piscina era muy agradable, me gustó mucho que tuviera un poco de sombra, y ya que fuimos en temporada baja, nunca compartí la piscina con nadie. Había agua para beber en el pasillo para rellenar tus botellas gratis. El personal es muy amable y atento, sin duda volvería.

En nuestra estancia solo tuvieran dos postres en la cena, fruta y un pastel de coco, me decepcionó un poco

- Walls are too thin, you can literally hear people talking on the walkway, closing doors, dragging luggages etc. - DJ and party at rooftop till late night so it can be disruptive as well.

Aloft was beautifully decorated with a really fun vibe. The staff were really kind and helpful.

Firstly, the location was simply perfect for our itinerary. We were within walking distance, or a short taxi ride, from almost everywhere we wanted to visit. Secondly, the rooms are beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The staff are so kind and personable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, comfortable and taken care of. Even when I made an offhand comment about waking up with a headache, they checked in to ask if there was anything they could do to help (offering hot ginger tea, letting me know there is a pharmacy across the road etc), and then checked in the next day to make sure I was feeling better. The breakfast spread was so generous and had more options than I could even think to try (to the point I kept asking staff whether this was all included in the free breakfast that came with the room booking!). There was an extensive menu with delicious à la carte options to cater for different dietary requirements (which was important to me as someone with severe lactose intolerance). I wish I had made more use of the gym facility, but I will have to make a note of that on my next stay here.

I loved the infinity pool, loved the space above the pool but would of been nice to have an umbrella as it was the perfect spot to see the sunset. Bedrooms were clean and lots of choices for breakfast

We had an issue with the lights not working and maintenance had to come fix it, but other then that all good

The whole hotel was funky luxury! Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were super friendly, Ayu (guest relations introduced herself and made sure we were ok after the previous night earthquake) breakfast egg chef was also chatty and friendly. Pool view was awesome as was the pool area and we loved the pool access room. Very close to great cafes and restaurants and very easy to order grab! 3 minute walk to beautiful beach and security will help you cross the road :) we also loved that there were robes in the room

Breakfast is amazing and one of the best in Bali so far. So many options were available to choose from the buffet. Highly recommend the breakfast to be booked along with the room. Staff was kind and very helpful. Room was clean always. Bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. The rooftop terrace is great and great of a romantic dinner at night. Only positive thing is how close the hotel is to the beach just a 2 minute walk.

The street is quite busy and noisy at times thought they offer earplugs. Lots.of traffic in the area and really bad if you just want to have a walk on the sidewalk since all the scooters go on the sidewalk to avoid the traffic. A little far from Seminyak square and you can get caught up in traffic and delayed times to get to the square and flee market

My first impression when I walked in to the foyer was I had booked a youth hostel type accommodation. It's definitely a young person's vibe.
