Staff charged us extra amount due to our urgency. Also room is very bad specially washroom.

I did not like anything from this hotel, it was my worst experience in Pune

First of all, they did not let us in because of the room availability and they were charging for early (1 hr ) room check inn, The room was pretty messed up when we went inside and there were water leaking through the AC and nobody took care of it even after complaining twice a day. I dont want to even talk about their behaviour and breakfast quality.

Staff was very friendly and room was very spacious.

Food was not good and too overpriced. Water in the bathroom smells as it is boaring water. Pillows are not very soft. Toilet seat is very high and hence uncomfortable to use. No hot water kettle with tea or coffee is available in the room.
