The place was cozy and exceptional. The facilities were ideal and the environment was quiet except for the sounds of nature, birds and the ocean. Also, I love the automated feature of the water heater for the shower was amazing

There was nothing I didn't like

couldn’t get any closer to the ocean !

I was on my way to the property and my taxi driver called to find the location, after not being able to reach the property we continued to keep trying to find it. after about 25 mins he called again and a woman answered. she was very rude in a sense of not understanding what was going on, I received a message about making a deposit and we had conversations about the property, location and transportation. while on the phone she said they gave where I was suppose to stay to someone else for not receiving payment. I live in the states, this was a layover coming from Trinidad. she wanted me to send money via western union, in all honesty I’ve never heard that from a hotel or air bnb anywhere at all. i booked online why can’t I make the payment here? it seemed very sketchy to me. she then said let me check the reservation and call back, before she called back she canceled the reservation! then called back in a rude tone. My reservation up until this point said confirmed, if it was given to someone else already it should’ve been cancelled, I never said I wasn’t coming and I never canceled the reservation. so glad I was able to find a much more beautiful place near the beach for cheaper with GREAT customer service.

The surrounding area was been developed but soon it will become an ideal location

After booking on the day of arrival in Kingston, confirming and entering my credit card details, we received a message that the owner would not be able to host us last minute. This was due to the storm, but I would have wished for better communication or not posting your apartment for immediate booking on booking.com

I loved that the property was right next to the ocean the view was wonderful, the property wasn’t noisy which was also great. Very nice and peaceful stay.

Even though the property was close to the ocean, as it’s summer the property needs an a/c to beat the heat as the night was very hot especially since the paint in the room is a dark color it absorbs a lot of heat.
