My third time staying in this place and i love it as its close to my business meeting location. Location is superb. Amenities is superb. Staff were very assistive.

Unfortunately this time around, The unit door can't be locked from outside. The bed needs to be replaced as its bent permanently and very uncomfortable to sleep. I didnt had choice bcs finished my meetings quite late and next day with early morning meeting.

The premise was clean and generally good as basic accommodation. The host is quite prompt to answer query. The pool is very nice area. Location is near many amenities - food, shops, laundry - very convenient. Just walking distance.

The unit doesnt have balcony and this make it a bit stuffy. When I arrive, the pass card was not working. This was resolve by getting the guard assistance to go up and down for the day which is a bit hassle. But the problem was solved the next day which is fine.

The owner sent me a user-friendly checking in instruction and the checking process was simple. The condo is easy to access if you come by car. The condo is in a quiet and comfortable area despite being centrally located. There are nearby restaurants, grocery shop, banks and shopping centres. The security was good but that didn't make me feel difficult to reach my room, and the guards are pleasant.

(1) Normally, a hotel room measuring 42m square would be quite spacious. However, this unit was small considering that it was advertised as 42m2 in size. Maybe it was because of the design, but it gave me a feeling that the unit was actually half of the original condo that was divided into two for rent. (2) The main problem is the smelly toilet (urine and some other unpleasant smell). Despite personally cleaning with running water and soap, the smell persisted. I think the smell emanated from the floor drain next to the toilet bowl. (3) Though the mattress only slightly sagged in the middle, it caused some discomfort. The linen appeared old and perhaps they should use better quality bed sheet and pillow cases. (4) The room was not very clean, there were dirts particularly behind the refrigerator. We could not use the closet's drawer because it contained book manuals (aircond etc) and other stuffs (plastic bag etc). There was a hole on the kitchen cabinet next to the sink. The kitchen cabinet also contained plastic bags and other things that need to be removed. (5) Nice towels were provided but you need to bring along your toothpaste, shampoo and hand soap. The was a bottle containing liquid soap in the shower, but we did not know what the soap was for (bath, shampoo?)
