House keeping is good. The room is maintain well. Facilities meets my need.

Proximity to my meetings and hotel's strategic location

The room especially the bathroom, although it is reasonably clean, the hotel should look at improving the maintenance of the room and bathroom. My room had watermarks suggesting water seeping through the wall from the bathroom next door. The bathroom wall near the shower is close to opening up . It was some sort of plywood or laminated board ..i dont know. The water leakage near the elevator in the lobby wasn't fix since the day i checked in. They just put a pail to catch the water dripping. If it is a house, I can understand but for a hotel to do that, just show lack of concern about their maintenance and safety of their customers. Anyway, Empire used to well maintained and chirpy. , it looks drabby and even the chair covers in their banquet hall has seen better days.

1. Good location of shopping and dinner. 2. Easy access to highway.

1. the pillow cover is dirty. 2.No hot water at nigh time. 3. Breakfast very worse. 4. Very noisy, can hear the car sound from road.

Room and bathroom is clean with all basic amenities available.

Next door had a renovation in the room.

Too run down. Uncomfortable bed. Poor lighting. Lack of bathroom amenities. No slippers. Dirty ironing board. Leaking iron

checkin and checkout was simple

poorly maintained. Safe no battery. First room aircon required maintenance... they changed my room... asked me to call reception when ready. both phones does not work. Had to personally go down to reception to inform.

A short distance from Sunway Lagoon, ample parking spaces, huge family room for the price offered.

Nothing that I don't like for the price I paid.

Nearby shopping centre

Couldn't call the reception because the phone could not be used. We informed in person at the reception. The technicians came the next day and what we thought was resolved made worst. We informed the reception again when we checked out.

Location was good and there’s a reasonable mall nxt to the hotel. Otherwise there is nothing else. Most of the restaurants close when the mall closes and that’s it then.

A bit run down. Rooms r big. They r clean. No hang out places anywhere in the common areas.
