Terribly expensive Food is not good Incorrect advertising

Dinner was bad. Breakfast was good

Towels were not provided for all the 11 members. They Door keys often gets locked. The rooms were little cold.

I like nothing, because they didn’t provide me the room, i had my confirmations from booking.com, and they didn’t provide me the room!!!!! I had clear information at the time of booking that no payment need to be done at the time of booking as I was planning to check in the same day, I didn’t know why, but as informed, I followed, I was traveling with my father who is 75 and mom who is 70, and was already in my way about to reach the property, later i got informed that booking is been given to someone else who made payment through online, I didn’t pay because i was told to not to pay?! What did the property team think then, I am going to stay for free?! Atleast they could have given me a call to check if I am coming or not, as I asked for a justification, they told me to go to Coonoor, instead of Ooty, is it now like the property team decide were we need to go if we book a property to stay in booking.com ?!! Waiting to hear from you. I had to face a lot to find another place with my old parents to settle them and make them feel comfortable because of your idiotic and senseless action. I requested them like anything to keep my booking live, which they refused very roughly. I would recommend all co travelers to keep a step away from these barbarians

Terrible experience.. too pricy for all the services offered. No power backup, tv not working, no wifi, no breakfast facility. Everything overcharged. very weak signal/network for jio airtel Vodafone and bsnl. Food service arrived after 2 hours of ordering. They were also reluctant to provide room heaters at such cold temperature and were asking for extra charge. Had never seen such an Insensitive owner. Totally spoiled our experience at Ooty. The road to the place is horrible and the view at the location is also not that good. Irrespective of whether it is raining, they will persist us to lit up the born-fire and barbecue and charge us 1000 each. And worst part is, they were not even ready to provide a legit bill. Would never recommend anyone.
