🔸The room was clean and the AC was working well. 🔸Peaceful and quiet. My daughter and I had a good rest and sleep. 🔸There was water dispenser by the hallway of the floor. Big help. 🔸Slippers were available, dental kits and other toiletries. All good for two. 🔸The bath towels were clean (no hand towels though) and the bed made up well, very comfy, too. 🔸The cleaning staff we met by the elevator was courteous. Keep it up! 🔸Free brewed coffee was available at the reception, from 7:00-9:00 am. No coffee inside the room, but there's electric kettle. 🔸We were able to check in 1.5 hours earlier than the 3:00pm check in time. Thanks for that. If you're just going to sleep in it, the place is good, and very affordable, too! But, for staycations, not advisable.

🔸The staff at the reception needs to smile a bit. Not very welcoming. One staff was quite helpful though. I asked how far BGC is but they didn't know, so one of them checked on her computer and told me 11 minutes by taxi. She probably googled it. Thanks to her for that. The other lady, however, outrightly said, "I don't know." And that's it. 🔸If you arrive early and there's no available room yet for an early check in and you need to start exploring or need to catch a meeting, you may have to bring your luggage with you as there is no concierge. You can leave your luggage to the side of the reception area, but it will be at your own risk as they cannot assure their safety and security. There is also no one in charge. 🔸The staff, who's stationed at the gate, is not very helpful. He just stared at us upon our arrival and opened the gate ourselves. No assistance from him. He didn't even greet us! Being in public relations field myself, I felt the urge to give a brief lecture about hospitality before leaving the next day. 🤣

The location is just few minutes away from BGC.

Limited parking slot. We have to look somewhere to park our car. The towel looks heavily used. The rod in the bathroom was a bit rusty. What I really don’t like was the customer service, the girl receptionist talks to people without looking at them, I have seen this happened to the 3 customers she served. It’s awful when she said “please take a sit first, your name will be called” in a not-so-friendly tone.

very accessible, everything was clean. staff was delightful. photos are exactly the same as what you get in person. room smells great too!

All the staff has great customer service esp Dianne who has an exceptional guest oriented attitude. However, the lady manager who seems like unfriendly and suplada she needs a proper training. The rest of the staff including the guards are friendly and accommodating. The location and hotel price are great too!
