It was very clean cand we were provided with drinks, water and things you could use to make tea

What did i like 1) good location, safe neighbourhood: close to shopping mall/plaza with supermarket, and take away shops, kfc, etc.approx 15 min walk...easy to get buses to new kingston, or downtown kingston.. Reasonable size room, with small kitchenette, microwave, cooker, good size fridge in room, Extras like ice cold bottled water and soda were in the fridge, coffee maker, milk, sugar, were all provided by host, easy check in, although the host was not there when i checked in ,we corresponded by phone and message, and she left a competent person in charge, which ensured the checking in process went smoothly; the day after i checked out i recieved a message from host saying i had left my credit cards and drivers license in the room, she paid and sent it via knutsford express courier service up to mo bay the nxt day, so was able to collect items and catch flight back to uk, (very honest people) All in all a pleasant experience

The environment was clean and comfortable.

Reposition the bed. Its a bit hard to see the TV from that angle

Space. Secure and next to a family. Soft bed. Shower and bath. Space to cook. Cooking equipment supplied. Toiletries supplied. Sugar and teas supplied. Kind staff.

Hospitality was excellent...The environment was very clean and comfortable. Moreover, the price affordable.

Location was great, room was clean and comfy. The place gives an home away from home feel. Plus the breakfast on request was very filling and delicious too. I would recommend plus stay again.
