Not even a glass to drink water. No towels. No toiletries. No cleaning of the room during whole stay. Lastly no keys for the room.

Staff rudeness, They're all goons running the property and looting common people, most of the clients here are people outside Hyderabad coming to LVPEI Hospital so they're looting the outsiders. Reception desks demand extra money claiming there's an error in the portal that difference amount these goons and take it in their personal Phonepe accounts. They always charge extra while checking in and this has been happening from months, I booked twice with a month gap they still looted and asked for extra money. Since we have hospital appointments on time we have no time to pay extra and proceed with check-in. They say either pay more or talk to customer service they will arrange different property. Plus they allocate these booked rooms to agents who walk-in for room's so it's a trap. Would never recommend this property.

Overall it's a worst experience The most disgusting thing was the main door which is right in front of the bed

Its a pathetic stay I have ever experienced. The rooms smell like hell and the bed sheets are unwashed and the same bed sheets used by previous guest were again arranged for us. They are very irresponsible and the TV is not working. How come the oyo allot a twin bed for three adults.?

I want to extend the stay for one day and i book once again by MakeMyTrip but the man on reception asking me to pay extra 300. Thats why i feel the ethics and rules of this hotel can change as per the person who is standing on reception.

the property wasn’t clean at all. the bed sheets were stained. the floor wasn’t clean the towel were all black not washed. the guy at the reception was rude. at night 12 he asked us to leave if we have complaints. and talk to customer service.
