Book now, think later. As all the other reviews say, Kam is a super host. He will happily go out of his way to pick you up from the bus stop, drop you off at the jetty, take you to the best restaurants in town, feed you papaya and guava from his own trees and offer good conversation through it all. It’s worth booking for Kams hospitality alone. The room itself is spacious, well air conditioned and has a comfy bed. We had the best nights sleep of our trip here. There is a good shared kitchen with all basic supplies, water filter, tea coffee etc. Cannot recommend enough.

Location very near to Mersing city. Easy to access to the restaurant nearby. Mr Kam very good host and friendly. We are very happy for the service provided with the spacious room and bathroom. Recommended to all family to stay at Mersing Maple Villa

設備都是新的，床單、毛巾等也是新的，住起來很舒服。房東甘先生人很好，很和善，跟我們介紹很多本地的農產品特色及附近的超市、海鮮餐廳、海邊景點，讓我們很快就知道本地的特色。

Nice welcome. Kam was very attentive to our needs and even offered to drive us to the Mersing jetty at six o'clock in the morning. We were also offered bicycles to go to the center of town.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs of Mersing. So, it's easier if you have transport.

Zimmer sehr sauber, gute Bettwäsche. Anlage liegt ganz ruhig. Mama vom Haus hat noch meine Hose an der Nähmaschine genäht, + 10 Punkte. Vielen Dank dafür

War ein super Aufenthalt hier waren 2 Nächte hier haben um eine Nacht verlängert.

Mr Kam, our host, was very friendly, offered to bring us around Mersing free of charge, as well as brought us to places for good food

The only unfortunate thing was the weathet, other than that an overall positive experience, would visit again
