Unseasonably warm weather, was difficult to cool down.

the place is in the center of things, there’s restaurants across, fish market is a walking distance and so is transportation (tram and busses). they have induction oven, microwave and some things you will need to cook / heat your food.

the code in getting into the building was a pain, I have to call customer service I order to get in. You will need 2 codes (one to enter the building and another to enter your room). to throw the trash it is (across and diagonal as you exit the building) in front of building 4C (Lille Vinkel sko- there’s 3 electronic enclosed trash bins) or another one is in front of McDonald’s. use the orange chip. good thing we saw someone throwing their trash so we stopped looking for a regular bins.

They asked us to clean (vacuum, wipe the counter) & take out the trash, it was not revealed during the booking process (washer/dryer didn’t work, bathroom sink was clogged. It was not revealed during the booking No cutlery found. Overbooking issue: they tried to move us to a different apartment which is located in father away from the city center without a prior notice and after it was fully paid couple of days beforehand. After several phone calls, thankfully a guy found one in the same location.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Had a refrigerator.

The key code given didn't work in front door. The beds in the second bedroom were supposed to be singles, but were not made up that way. Requested a clean bath towel because one had stains all over it and it never arrived. The shower head was broken. The water heater was a bit on the small side for 4 people to shower.

The key code didn't work and other travellers had the same problem. There are no on site staff and the service centre took over half an hour to arrange a way to solve the issue. It was raining so we sheltered in a nearby cafe.

We all agreed that location was super great, but other things definitely should be improved.

Property overall was clean, but definitely there are room for improvements, especially I would never leave vacuum cleaner in such visible place (almost the first thing You see when You come in). Beds were uncomfortable, felt like a water beds, we all had trouble sleeping. And for the price, apartment should be maintained better, for example, replaced mirror in the bathroom, damaged kitchen surface, bad working cooker hood and quite low water pressure in the shower. And there were promised fines on each and every step. Due to the bad working cooker hood we had to open the window to avoid fire alarm going off. We are very respectful, clean and nice guests, so that felt a bit disturbing. Communication seemed quite impersonal. Yes, it`s the business for You, but attitude matters. Also we have no problem to take out the garbage, if it`s asked nicely, not like we have to do it. Directions about garbage disposal should be more clear, because we checked several ones and there were no correct address on non of them. It`s confusing and we wasted our time since we wanted to do it right. Apartment in the pictures looks much bigger than it`s in a real life, but it`s nice anyway.

the check in was the most complicated ever. first you need a code to get a key that you basically never need. then you need to dig in between your sms and booking.com messages to find which is the next code to open the door of your room. same is check out - unclear where to leave what. hard to find the trash bin etc.

Location is very central. easy access to all you need. whole property are very clean. I like the way they provided the laundry / dish washer soap. I will recommend this place and surely will come back here. I love the restaurants around the area & the main attractions are walkable and surely you will save your money for that.

AMAZING. Just perfect, in the center of Bergen, but that minute of walk far, enough not to be disturbed by the nightlife. Very big apartment, perfectly clean, fully serviced. Kitchen, Nespresso machine, kettle boiler, microwave, washing machine, all available and well kept. Managed in a very professional way. Easy check in. Two bedrooms, big bathroom, big living room and kitchen, one of the cases in which the apartment is even better than expected! Well serviced by many small supermarkets and by the fish market Would absolutely suggest and will come back if I have the occasion to stay again in Bergen

Garbage disposal by own after paying for cleaning

Great location! Bang in the centre of the city and a 10 minute walk from the train station. WiFi was a little temperamental but otherwise it ticked all the boxes- would have been great if there was some basic kitchen necessities there but that's minor. Would definitely recommend!

It was all technology focussed so could cause an issue if there was a system fault etc. Otherwise the sofa bed could have been in better condition.

I've booked an apartment with 2 single beds in the bedroom. But I received a bedroom with one king size bed. I've talked with someone from the support team but she said that there are no available apartments and is the fault of the booking website. Nevermind, I slept on sofa from the living 3 nights. Besides that, it was clean and everything worked well: fridge, owe, shower...

The heat system didn't work.
