The bed is in the loungeroom/ kitchen in an open living area.

There was construction work above my apartment and the noise was unbearable in the early morning. Due to noise from construction above my apartment no real chance to get good sleep.

Excellent central location, lots of storage. Very responsive staff although we never saw them.

There was a very low sofa (ie on the floor) that was very uncomfortable. Also the room could do with some wall hooks to hang up coats etc.

To get in the first time - just follow the instructions mailed to you. It seems a little clunky at first but it works. The locker system is simple, oh and rubbish can go outside the door next to the lift on the ground floor - handy if you are staying a few days. Handy drink machines just outside the doors

There is No English signage at the front Entrance to show that you are at the right place - trust the pictures in the email. You cant really move between floors easily - if you have family on a different floor you need them to meet you downstairs to go up and down to get there.

This property is a spacious apartment for a family. It has 2 bedrooms and is in a great location close to Akasaka Metro and restaurants.

The location was convenient to everything.

The cleanliness of the room and covers.

L'emplacement est chouette, dans un quartier calme et bien entretenu. L'espace est sympathique pour se reposer, le canapé lit est un peu abîmé mais je n'en ai pas eu besoin de toute façon... Peut-être un peu cher tout de même, même pour Tokyo!?

J'ai dû téléphoner parce que j'ai eu un problème avec la réception email du PDF qui incluait toutes les instructions pour entrer dans l'appartement et la communication avec le collaborateur au téléphone a été plus compliquée que prévu car il comprenait mal mes besoins et à la fin il m'a raccroché au nez, avant de m'écrire un email...

Location was good. Easy to get to other parts of the city. Close to metro, lots of restaurants. I liked the fact that it was not overcrowded with tourists. Very clear directions on how to get to the apartment and get to the keys. The apartment was surprisingly big. Sofa and table and kitchen in the living room. We are a family with two children, so the two separate bedrooms were great. It was our first night in Japan. We had to get used to the fairly hard beds, but luckily we were so tired of the trip that we slept anyway. After that one night we were used to it.

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment we stayed in is clean and good for couple/two persons, its proximity to subway and convenience store (family mart is close to my heart as they sell really good ready-to-eat food). having a washing machine, balcony with cloth hanging rack is a plus.

the entrance lock code didn't work and we're lucky to see some residents coming out so we managed to get in. we had confusion where to collect the key but the property manager resolved it quickly and been helpful in guiding us through phone call.

Signage in emails could have been more specific

This residence is in a clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to metro station and shops. Apartment was very clean. Check-in procedure presented with pictures was very clear and easy to follow.

The beds and bunk bed were somewhat uncomfortable.

Great location to visit Tokyo, nice and safe neighbourhood. Very close to coffee shops, convenience stores and subway.

Room furniture is very basic. Not easy to understand how to get to hotel from airport stop. They provided used slippers in both apartments instead of new ones and towels are not replaced.

Clean and spacious for group stay with privacy for bedroom, restroom, and shower. The washing machine was a necessity and drying in the shower room was fast and efficient

A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, which then requires transfer to get to the larger hubs

Great location with Akasaka Mitsuke station an easy 5 minutes walk. A compact apartment but everything you need, 2 comfortable sized double rooms and a double sofa bed so our family of 5 was easily accommodated. The host was helpful and always quick to reply.

Nothing not to like, I would suggest a toaster would be a good addition to the kitchen.

Nice location, tidy and big. We have what we need, and the bathtub is amazing. 6minutes walk from the station, and the neighborhood is very quite and safe. You are able to leave your luggage after 12 p.m. inside the room if you arrived earlier than 3 p.m.

Hard to find exact location at night. Hosts not very firendly or useful. Appartment wasn’t very clean. Most instructions about how to use appliances, etc. in Japanese, very limited translation. Very limited kitchen or bathroom stuff, I had to buy my own pot to cook, only 2 towels for 10 days, etc. Definitely, not recommended, there are much better options for same or lower price.

Everything we needed in the appointment. Plenty of space for family. Great location, close to Akasaka Mitsuke subway, Convenience store and other shops, restaurants close by.

No luggage storage for before/after check in/out

It probably was a quiet period so lift access was readily available and quick. Good location to train station and nearby restaurants and shops.

Carpet in living room was very old and dirty. We rolled it up.
