Nice location within Sea Pines Community. Short drive to most activities like harbor town and the salty dog. We had a range from older adults to younger adults and everyone loved thoa home. Will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our HH vacation. The house worked out perfectly for our group. Great location….easy walk to the beach and the Beach Club and a short bike ride to South Beach and Harbor Town. Be prepared for errant golf balls in the backyard pool area.

This house has everything for an enjoyable stay…you are close to the beach, Harbor Town, restaurants, golfing, pool and it is will accommodate large families. This is our second winter here and we will definitely return! The managers of the property live in Sea Pines and are quick to respond to any questions. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

This house was the perfect set up for three families. Two with infants. The house had everything you needed for a Thanksgiving celebration. Kitchen has more than I have in my own home.Great location bearutiful home.

Great location! The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds were well maintained. The layout of the home was perfect for our party of 9. The online pictures make the house look new, but truly it is in need of serious renovation. However, the cleanliness makes it easy to look past any flaws. We would rent this property again.

this is a great location in seapines, very nice for a family vacation spot. The home is clean and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking and a nice outdoor pool, It could use some upgrades, specifically the master bathroom shower and a few of the other bedroom showers, and the garbage and recycling cans in the kitchen. Hopefully these upgrades will be done which will help support the current asking price per day for this home. The owners are very responsive, and very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The pool was fantastic and there was plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. The walk to beach was a bit longer then advertised. We’d be happy to stay here again!

The house is in a great location. Only minutes away from beach, dining, etc. Huge kitchen and well-stocked with everything you need except food. Lg. dining table is ideal for a large group. The pool and patio were a great place to cool off and enjoy the view of the golf course- please watch out for errant golf balls! The house is in need of repairs due to settling- cracks in walls, doors that don't close, etc. Master bath shower is quite outdated. Overall, it was a great location and adequate for our group of 8. We all enjoyed our golf/beach vacation.

Very clean, lots of room. House has major settling that has occurred causing doors not to be functional. Being fixed off-season. Property manager, Sonny, is a gem!

Great spacious layout, feels good, great pool and golf course views. Shows a little wear but very clean and not an issue. Kitchen and bathrooms are large but are not new as may be implied by being advertised as updated. We would enjoy staying there again.

Great location and responsive owners. Fully stocked kitchen etc. if you need anything it was brought right over. Pool was really nice but you might have to duck if a golf ball flies in. 😊

A great time all together with the family
It was our first time to HH and house was short and easy to get to from the beach gate. No issues with the house but everyone did mention it as bigger in person than the pictures. The social areas were great for our family of 10. The table and kitchen were great. Of course the hit was the pool. Always refreshing and the kids were in it daily. The bedrooms worked well for the 7 adults and 3 grandkids. Everyone had a great time and we hope we can soon return again.

Great location
The only complaint I could have about our stay was the house could use a little updating. Other than that, everything was great.
The property was located within walking distance of golf and the beach and biking distance of Harbor Town. We loved how conveniently it was located and had a great time here. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature after a hot day on the course.
We would absolutely be open to staying here or on Sea Pines again.

30th Anniversary with the Family
We loved our stay! Each of our adult married children had a private room. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool and outdoor space most of all! Great location. Can't wait to come back next year!

Overall pleased
We were very pleased with the layout of the home. The pool was a little dirty but they responded quickly to address it. The back yard was in the landing zone for bad tee shots on the golf course but all else was very good.

Great place for a family vacation
We were two families with young kids at the place (2-8). The house has everything you need in it (kitchen appliances and dishes are amazing if you like to cook). Pool was perfect. I wish they would do a deep clean, the dishwasher was black inside as well as the laundry machine. But other than that it was perfect. The location is incredible - if you like biking this is the place for you.

Spacious, clean, huge!
What a beautiful house! Perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone got their own bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget you’d ever need. It is an older home with some settling (one of the bathroom doors didn’t line up and the shower door was difficult to open and close) and wear (the kitchen floor could stand to be refinished) but it’s still gorgeous!
My only complaint (which is more of a personal preference issue) is that every bed is super firm (horribly uncomfortable)! In a group of 7, 2 of us were very uncomfortable…the other 5 said they slept just fine.
Some safety issues, there are no handrails on the steps going into/out of the house and the are no grab bars in any of bathtubs in the bathrooms. Not a big deal for most people but we had some senior citizens visiting/staying and both were an issue. A bench in one of the showers would have been nice too.
Overall, it’s a great house. Pat, my contact, was responsive and attentive. An absolutely perfect vacation.

Multiple repairs needed on this property
Could be a very nice vacation home if the following items were fixed.... decking surrounding the exterior of the house in dangerous disrepair, screen porch screens broken allowing bugs 🐛in, all doors in house don't shut properly because of house settling causing privacy issues, kitchen pans all damaged need replaced. Spacious enough for our 9 guests. Pool area relaxing. Ample parking. Short drive to popular attractions.

Family Fun
The property is wonderful and so very well set up for bedrooms for all of us. There were 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 kids. All (including the kids had their own rooms.)
I would recommend this property to families but would recommend a few things to address at the property.
It would be nice to have a book of "things to do and see" available for those that do not know the area.
Get rid of the over amount of plastic containers and replace it with better plastic containers. Bottoms did not match with many of the lids.
The ice maker needs to be fixed. Water would drip out and needed to be taken care of all the time. It may ruin that beautiful wood floor.
Would I go back, absolutely. We loved it and hope that we can do it again in the next few years.

Great family retreat!
Our families had a great time at this house - the lcoation is fantastic! Right on the golf course and youc an walk or bike to the beach, beach club, and Harbortown. House is large, clean, well-stocked, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Overall the house is well maintained but all of the bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. Property managers were extremely responsive to any questions and even dropped off some extra beach chairs for us to use! Would definitely rebook!

Great place, easy check in, responsive property managers
We love this house. Great place for 3 families of all ages to share this fun filled vacation! Lots of room, wide open spaces. All the conveniences of home. Used the grill one night. We were concerned about leaking frig that seems to be doing permanent damage to kitchen wood floor but texted manager when first checked in and they were aware and said it had been fixed several times. We just wiped up the small puddle in front of the frig 2-3 times per day. Might be time for a new frig.

Overall great vacation
We loved the location in the beautiful area of Sea Pines. Check in was a bit hectic since they were working on the roof when we arrived and finished Monday but the property manager stopped by to apologize. We loved the layout of the house for our family. The living area overlooking the pool and golf course is gorgeous! We enjoyed riding bikes, the beach and beautiful sunsets.

Perfect Layout for Families
The layout and location of this house are perfect. We were a short walk or bike ride from Sea Pines Beach, which is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t in the pool. The layout was great for our family with the wing of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen, living, family and dining area allowed us to spend a lot of time together instead of spread out on different levels.
There were a few golf balls that found their way into the yard, but we expected that when we booked the house. We could usually hear the ball hit the trees before it would land. We also had a few minor issues with the property, but Sonny and Pat were extremely responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They are WONDERFUL hosts.

Perfect location in Hilton Head
This house really does have an ideal location. Just a ten minute walk to the beautiful beach at the Sea Pines club, and a short drive to golf and pickleball courts. The main living area of the house included a large dining table, which was a help for our large group (7 adults and an infant) and where we could easily play games in the evenings. Some of us were working, and the semi-separate den and the entirely separate screened in porch made excellent work spaces.
The bedroom wing was not in as good condition as the rest of the house, with several doors to both bedrooms and bathrooms not closing properly. The bedrooms are all in very close proximity to each other.
We wished for a few more amenities (like beach towels, a high chair or portacrib, and bicycles), but all in all we enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was perfect and nice for swimming and splashing when the Atlantic was a bit too rough.

Couldn’t be better
Exceptional experience. The house was absolutely spotless, very well equipped, and discreet signage as well as labels made everything easy to work. The host told me to decide about pool heating when we arrived (which was a good suggestion). After a few days, we found the pool was a little too cold for us. Since all of our prior communication had been via email, I emailed the host to request the pool be heated. When I Leif not receive a response the next day, I called and the host came over promptly, cleaned the pool, and turned on the heat (which made a huge difference to us). As others renters have noted, the property is on the golf course and when we were out by the pool, at least every 40 minutes a golf ball landed on the property. One time a golf ball landed in the pool while my husband was swimming! I was unsure of the etiquette so, I tried to be helpful to golfers looking for their errant golf balls but towards the end of our stay, golfers’ entitlement to walk right on the property got quite annoying. I would recommend clarifying the etiquette of golf balls off course with the host.
