I liked the apartment we were in and the guy I think he's the owner of the apartment or the manager, Mlungisi, he was very welcoming he even came to see us, was available on phone all the time.

The stuff however were very rude, especially the security, a fight broke out in one of the apartments and we went out cos we couldn't reach the security as we didn't have their numbers, then the lady by Tebogo who refused to give her surname told us we can't have security numbers and have no right complaining about the residents making noise cos they have more rights than us, she was very rude

The facility was great and the rooms were amazing. The atmosphere of the place was good. The staff at the entrance was nice and the security was great

Had to be dropped outside of the place which was inconvenient as we had to walk a long way to our apartment. Had to use an entrance that was far.

The people can't come and see you for couple of minutes,we can't access the outside transport to come and fetch ours cause they don't have access to get in

The fact that is was within an hour travelling distance from Johannesburg and that the Lifestyle centre activities where included in my stay

The accommodation was most certainly not worth R1800 a night. The kitchen did not even have all the BASIC required utensils, like an egg lifter - the oven was dirty - alot of the crockery and cutlery was missed and or broken. The host had no back up power supply in the unit and we had load shedding 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. He also neglected to inform us that they were busy with renovations to the only restaurant on the premises - the noise was insane and workers started just after 06h00 in the morning already - so no rest of sleeping in on our "holiday" People were getting changed into their costumes right next to the pool area - none of the security of life guards did anything about this - I had to bring it to Managements attention before something was done and by then it was too late and I could not un see the horror! We booked out a day early - couldn't take one more day - the owner also need to seriously do maintenance to this unit - and update the kitchen contents - most of it is broken. The oven was never cleaned from when the last people booked out - it was disgusting. Hairs and food still in the sink - I was so very disappointed.

The room it was nice and clean and the place is quite you can relax. We also get a parking for free We also enjoy at the beach we were excited we can do it again 😄👌👌

This place did not meet my expectation at all. Most especially as a place for kids, . The kids could not swim as the lagoon was closed off. There was no notice of this before making the booking..the water is cold. The place is a residential area..not leisure place to relax..the neighbours were noisy and we could hear them talk.

The fact that our driver couldn’t escort us in as we had a lot of luggage to carry to our rooms which was on the other side

The Amici restaurant serves flavorless and bland food. No Wifi in rooms Petty slips for pool access R100 for excess to Lagoon activities not mentioned on booking Dodnt have electricity for 6 hrs
