Great location to beach and bay. Plenty of room for 10. Was not as clean as expected. Carpets need to be cleaned with carpet cleaner. Found bedrooms were not vacuumed. No beach carts as displayed in photos. Oven was dirty. Carbon monoxide detector went off, bought batteries still was beeping. Called rental company to address floors and carbon monoxide detector. Was addressed after we requested. I think cleaning process was rushed. People with kids need to watch kids so food and gum not in bunk room. We looked past the not clean areas and enjoyed family time.

Overall this was a great place to stay for our family. The house had everything we needed and was only a couple minute wall to the boardwalk and beach. Having a 2 car garage was also nice to avoid parking on the street. The only minor things to call out were that the house clearly hadn't been cleaned more than just the surfaces in a while and that a handful of beach items shown in th listing were not available. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind furniture and garbage left behind a couple beds. Both of those things were very minor and did not affect the quality of our stay.This house was exactly what we were looking for and our family had a great stay. I would highly recommend staying here for the price, the size of the house, and proximity to everything you need. We will most likely consider staying at the same house again for future visits.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The unit was beautiful and just as described. This was once of the best stocked units we have ever rented. Rhonda and David are wonderful to deal with and are very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.

Property worked very well for our golf group of 7 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, and was a great location for boardwalk access and many restaurants. We had a very nice time and look forward to next year.

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

This house is perfect except it smelled like must on the first bottom floor. Other then that everything about it was great! I had trouble getting into the house the first day but the company answers right away and was very helpful! The space was perfect for our family! The kitchen. Was very well stocked! The pool is 4 feet deep, small but great for a quick swim or kid hang out spot!

Overall our stay was amazing. Perfect amount of space for everyone! Everything you need in a kitchen is there for use.
Upon arrival, the unit was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean quickly with the provided broom and vacuum. Can’t really complain to much being it is a BEACH vacation and sand is expected.
Going to the beach? There are tons of beach chairs (all low chairs) and about 4-5 of them are broken. The picture shows beach carts and boogie boards, however there were none. There is now 1 board because we left it for the house.
The pool on site was a great feature. Only thing I would change would be having access to open the garage from the outside.
WiFi was terrible but we purchased for $20 the WiFi pass thru XFinity and had no problems after that.
Overall our stay, the place, the property managers and everything else was simply amazing and we will 100% be back in following years.

I paid a cleaning fee and it was still filthy
Light bulbs were out, fan not working stove disgusting dent in Refrigerator I can go on, Tv wasn’t working. As it turned out we paid an administrative fee as well as the VRBO fee

This was a perfect property for our family. The pool was an added bonus. Rhonda was very helpful and addressed all of our needs. We love staying on the bayside and this property is in a perfect location.

My family of 10 loved this unit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. There was plenty of space to play games, eat together, and watching tv together and separate. The pool was a BIG hit with the kids.
The cleaning of the unit could have been better. We found trash and food under beds and sofa and sand on the sofa. But we did a quick cleaning and were good to go.

Great place would rent again
Lots of space and a great location! Two car garage is a big plus for 7th street. They need to fix their bed size guide, to say a king and two queens sheets, not full. We had to go to Roses to buy two queen sets. The kids bunk room was a real hit!

A 4 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, this up to date home offers enough space and amenities for the family. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, the middle level has a half bath, balcony, and plenty of living/kitchen space to eat a meal with the family. The third level has a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a shower in the bathroom and a water closet. All fixtures and electronics were in working order. The pool may be small, but it was kept clean and was great for a cool off while cooking on the grill. We were all very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to mention...senior week is a thing here in Ocean City. We did not know that and spent the week surrounded by teens. Most were respectful, but some obnoxious. We had our recent graduate with us, so we weren't uncomfortable, and the week was relatively quiet, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Then while we were staying there, a company came and did construction work on the pool. So we had the driveway blocked - it was bike week and we needed the garage to get the bikes - as well as workers in the back without any notification.

The property started off negative a bit as the parking lot was full of large trucks checking in, and we also had a large truck. We could not get our vehicles in the lot for about 40 minutes until other guests could move their vehicles.
Large Pickup trucks do not fit into the garage, and there is no designated parking other than the garage. We had to park our pickup truck 10 blocks away as no other street spots available (we had electric scooters so not too bad) .
The kids room had some debris / food left between bunk beds.
And, the pool looks much smaller than on the phots on the site.
Now, that all said, we loved the property. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The number of bedrooms and baths were really convenient as no other 4 bedrooms around. We actually felt more at home at this townhouse property than the typical high rise condo.
And, the small pool size was 12 x 18 feet, which was perfect size after a long day in the sun.
If we return to ocean city, we would highly consider this property. It felt like home instead of like an apartment.
Just remember if you have a large pickup, you won’t fit in the garage and will need to find street parking somewhere.
Perfectly located - stop at Pickles Pub for late night entertainment - 1/2 block away.

This property was spacious, close to attractions and the beach and bay. The only thing I would rate low is the cleanliness of the cleaning service. There was crumbs and food under every bed and piece of furniture. The property manager was great to work with and answered any and all questions we had. I’d book this property and stay again.
