I LOVED THE LOCATION...VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF QUEENSTOWN, THE VIEW IS AMAZING... I CAN JUST SIT IN THE LOUNGE OR BEDROOM AND ENJOY THE VIEW FOR THE WHOLE DAY.

ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST TO HAVE LOCK DOORS FOR GENERAL TOILET AND BATHROOM

nice view, clear house, high cost performance, we would like to choose this house again for next travel.

kitchen utensils should change to new, such some pan. there are old and no suitable use and the lid no fit the pan.

Great location and fantastic view, comfy beds, great shower, floor heating in bathrooms. Plenty of space of 4 people.

Wasn't very clean, dirty microwave, filthy oven, cupboards and bench top were not wiped down and linen didn't look clean. Wheelie bin was overflowing, no clothes airer so couldn't hang clothes anywhere, no outdoor table so couldn't sit outside and make use of the lovely deck. More kitchenware needed so we could cook meals in the lovely kitchen. No instructions on how to use the TV or the heater ,very difficult to use.

Driveway access is okay if you have lots of clearance. If you are in a car use the park just up the road from house.

The house is much much bigger than it appears! it’s lovely, spacious, warm, modern, the kitchen is great (you need to add pictures cos it’s definitely an asset) it had everything we needed & has absolutely stunning views!! we had a family of 6 - 2 adults and 3 teens & a toddler, with sooooo much room for everyone. The showers are FANTASTIC!!!!

The driveway isn’t for the faint hearted, we had a large SUV so it was fine but lower cars will scrape if you don’t get the angle right - there is parking a short walk away though. Bathrooms are tiny - but the fantastic showers and water pressure make up for that! Some outdoor furniture for the deck and some gardening of the bank by the deck will improve this area greatly.

Loved the view, loved how comfy it was and all facilities were perfect. Heating was excellent for us Northlanders

View from lounge, kitchen and bedroom was amazing. Great water pressure in showers. Beds super comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a free view box connected to the bedroom tv.

The sheets, bedding covers and pillow covers are very dirty, and the master bedroom covers have blood on them, which is very disgusting. Already take the photos. We went there because the house had a nice fireplace with nice view, but when we got there, it didn't work.

great location and views. lovely ensuite and good showers. good outdoor deck small but spacious and practical with big windows.

Only location is good for the property

The cleanliness is very bad. All the kitchen utensils were used without clean - cups still with coffee dirt and bad smell. The forks, knifes and pots were still stained with dirt. We need put them to dishwasher and washed 2 times before we can use. The dining table was stick with some oily marks however there's no kitchen towel or cloth for clean. We have to buy kitchen towel by ourselves. Also found some nuts shell still on the floor carpet. All the bedrooms did make up looks great however the blankets and linen sheets were with damp smell and some dirt marks. The most disgusting thing was a boxer brief (for men) found under a double bed floor on our last day before we checked out. Though there's no cleaner coming to clean or vacuum the floor before arrive.

No mattress for portacot No manual for oven so couldnt use it. Needs a little bit more utensils such as breadknife and regular drinking glasses.

The views are amazing from this property -Kitchen, lounge and front two bedrooms all have excellent views over the lake. The bed was comfortable and the lounge furniture was also comfortable. Each bedroom had its own means of heating and the underfloor heating in the ensuit was a nice touch!

The living space was large (which in itself was great) but just took a bit to heat. There wasn't a dish cloth which made cleaning up the bench a little tricky -could have done with a couple more tea towels as well for the 3 nights we were there. On arrival the towels in our room were damp so we needed to dry these before use which wasn't ideal. A proper fiah slice would have also been a bonus plus some teaspoons. Although greatful for the saucepans to use -they have been rounded on the bottom which made cooking a little tricky - the range hood also definitely needs a clean of the filters, they're filthy.

The house is a bit cold. There are lots of heaters, heat pump and a fire place, but it's still drafty and chilly in mornings at at night.

Very clean and well fitted. Liked the beds and the fireplace. Nice touch to have Netflix as well. We would like to stay at this property again.

Confusion over the lockbox access code as we received two codes. Not a major issue just feedback to help.

The home wasnt as clean as one would expect. I did feedback on this and i received a reply that cleanliness will be double checked going forward

Wood bed in main room is noisy, needs to be changed, matrex it’s Ok but bed frame no good.
