It was clean and the room was spacious.

The lobby area felt unclean. Not that it actually was but something about the immediate interior made me question if I had made a good decision. The elevators had a similar feeling to them.

The breakfast was very good and nutritious! The staff took pride in their job! Very courteous!

Location and breakfast were great.

The sink in bathroom had no water pressure and hot water was not there hardly at all.. That was bad Also the AC when it kicks on the air hits you right in the face where the bed is located we had to put a pillow up to black the air from hitting our faces that really needs o be addressed, if you didnt have the air on it was stuffy in there cant deal with that.

Took a minute for water to heat up in the shower. Also, along with shampoo, t would’ve been nice to have shower gel just encase the soap was forgotten.

The property is centrally located, comfortable, clean and the staff are very nice. Great breakfast too!

The staff was TERRIBLE!! Didn't clean my room, despite the fact that I asked for daily cleanings. Then, after not cleaning my room during my stay, on my last day housekeeping starts banging on my door (so that they could clean my room) despite the fact that checkout was at 11am.

I liked the quietness and convenience to restaurants and shops.

The beds were comfy. The location to beach was nice for the price point.

The smell was unpleasant (near water treatment plant); no housekeeping services when we requested them. We had to go find extra towels and had to ask 2x before they brought clean linen. At that point, I decided to change the sheets myself. The cart was next door for about 2 hours but no staff was with it...??? Where were they? Certainly not cleaning the rooms...

The hotel was very clean and I asked for the top floor and was given a room on the top floor.

The breakfast staff who are in charge rushed us before it was supposed to be over at 10 at 9:30 they were putting up the food.

There’s an awful smell from outside all through the building, I’m not sure if the building next door is a plant or dealing with some type of sewage. Also the refrigerator did not work even on high.

I liked the variety. I liked that there was hot and cold choices. I liked that you provided water bottles.

I didn't like that the sausage was not very hot. I also wish that you had more sugar free options. Such as items that were more organic or made with Stevia or Monk Fruit.
