This home was perfectly located in downtown Rapid City SD, we were able to walk to great restaurants and travel to the National Parks. The owners were wonderful, flexible and communicated quickly with us throughout our stay. If we ever find ourselves in Rapid City we would chose this property as our home! (The bed was super cozy:)

This is a cute, super comfortable bungalow with nice front porch and patio area. Quiet but close to everything, 5-10 minute stroll to center of historic downtown. Super convenient parking, access is easy, no hassles whatsoever. Bed seemed a little small but very comfortable. Jami is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We thought we had lost something in the house (but didn’t!), and she was responsive, concerned and willing to help. This place has everything for a comfortable, fun, quiet, easy stay. No question we will stay again.

This property looks as if it has been professionally decorated. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, good toilet paper, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was attentive and answered questions quickly. We enjoyed staying at this centrally located home, and definitely will return!

Very cute property very clean. Very nice. Only thing that I would like to see is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

And classy. Rental is perfect for a couple who want to enjoy all the nature the Black Hills and surrounding area offer, but want to end day in a real bed and wake up with a coffee maker. We hiked too much to bother cooking, but the kitchen is well kept. The home is in walking distance to downtown where you will find sumptuous fare, and if your legs say no to walking, parking is easy enough. If you haven’t visited this corner of the world, you should. Staying in Rapid City was a great homebase, and we appreciated this gem to hang our hat each evening.

Spent 4 days riding a Harley in the area, this location in Rapid City was central to all the best routes and sights. Then in the evening it was right next to the downtown restaurant district. Couldn’t have picked a better place

This renovated bungalow was perfect for the two of us. Met all our expectations for cleanliness and equipment. Very satisfied with the accuracy of the listing. Location was fantastic: short walk to downtown and so close to I-90 and Mt Rushmore Rd. Loved it. Will stay there again when we come back to Rapid City.

I only communicated with the owners by email, but they were very prompt to respond to any queries. The house was excellent for 2 people - lots of space. It’s also conveniently located, only about a 10 minute walk from restaurants, and easy to get on the highway to Mt. Rushmore or the Badlands. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The parking was very accessible, kitchen was stocked very well, and everything was very comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the front keypad when we arrived and Jami was extremely responsible and helpful.

I grew up in this town and can say that this property is conveniently located to downtown restaurants and bars and the Civic Center for concerts and other gatherings. Very cute and clean.
