Super clean. Great wifi. Good price. Location is right in the middle of Woolwich, right beside the square. Tons of food places right out the door.

It's a slightly odd place. Rooms off at the end of the earth compared to the reception. But all I wanted was a room.

Location is cool. The property is directly opposite the train station, so easy accessibility to city centre.

Our room didn't have a kitchenette.

Nice en suite, even though the shower was cold and under powered

Lifts broken, lots of stairs with luggage and no warning prior - would be unfortunate if somebody was unable to take the stairs. The shower was cold and under pressured, the temperature control didn’t work. Was told we needed to bring a £100 cash deposit which was ridiculous, we withdrew the money but they didn’t even ask for it. Complained and asked for a partial refund but haven’t heard back - will be escalating to booking.com.

Room was fairly spacious.

No bath in a family room is unacceptable!! Paying higher than average for a family room to arrive drenched by rain with two small children to find out there is no bath, having to bath them at a friend’s house is just unacceptable. What’s more, the bath was there just covered up with a piece of wood, so we can only imagine it was a rodent problem!! Secondly, although the bedding was freshly made the floor was clearly not freshly mopped, our feet were filthy after walking around in the room. Sofa old and knackered, blinds only came up slightly but also didn’t block out light at all so still broad daylight when shut - again not great for a ‘family room’ trying to get little ones to sleep. Staff onsite have been pleasant but not really able to help. The written response i received was ‘we’re very sorry about that’ and the receptionist was only able to advise that the manager is unavailable for a while! It’s only when I’ve called afterwards that I’ve been given an ‘info@‘ email address to reach the manager! Still I’m dubious my complaint will ever reach the right person and even be responded to! Plus I’ve been advised that if my booking didn’t actually state there was a bath then my complaint isn’t valid. Even though the photos on the booking show baths in the property!!

Good sized room with a comfortable bed. Very clean and modern property. Brilliant location for commuting. Friendly and helpful staff. I will be staying there again when visiting Excel and O2 next.

Room facilities need improving. The bedside table lamp did not work, and the hairdryer was broken, but it worked. The portable fan was noisy but was replaced promptly. No ironing board provided with the iron.

Close to public transport pub and supermarket

Noise especially at night as people congregated in grassed area outside the hotel but close by

2nd time staying here, and it is very clean and well situated. any problem was sorted quickly. will definitely be coming back

bath tub is slipery

the rooms a big I really enjoyed because i came with my kids. very clean, modern bathrooms, so lovely. the hope is just infront of the Woolwich treinstation, all shops around , buses, everything you would think of is accessible around. i was so happy and looking forward coming back

Very dirty floor in the room , non opening window 😞. Not updated website,no bath like is published. Was disappointed cose that was one of exiting when I saw it before I booked room. They give apologise....

Hotell is near a main road and the train station which is great for travelling around london but it was quiite noisy at night
