We shared this property with our son and his family. Plenty of room inside and the backyard with it’s patio area and swimming pool was a very inviting place to hang out.

The interior of the house was very clean and newly renovated. The size was perfect for our group of 5 women celebrating our 50th birthdays. The outdoor space was the best part of the house and we enjoyed every minute of it outside. The beach is about a mile walk. The hosts texted quickly when we had questions and were extremely accommodating. We would go back 100%. We had an ex excellent time.

Overall we had a nice stay. The backyard and pool were great for our family. I do think the interior of the house can be cleaned better and small improvements can be made like light fixtures, dents, etc.. Upon arrival our host greeted us and that was nice but we were very worried when we saw the front exterior as it needs a lot of work. Overall it was a nice stay, the pool was great and we spent many nights outside.

We stayed at Paradise Resort over Thanksgiving week to visit family local to Boca. There were four adults and four children staying on the property. The property was exceptionally clean. The beds and linens were amazingly comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodated us perfectly. The true gem of the property is the backyard. The pool is beautiful (albeit a little chilly for Mom and Dad. Kids thought it was fine!) and the tiki hut space is awesome. I loved having coffee out there in the morning and then wine in the evening as the kids enjoyed the pool. The backyard is VERY private and the neighbors were quiet. I would 1000% rent Paradise Resort again - and probably will!

We had a great stay. Listing was as advertised. Enough room to accommodate family of 8. Outdoor pool area was great and a short drive to the beach. Igor and Irina were responsive if we had any questions.

The house was very clean and the pool area is very nice. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and television for watching football. The only thing I am used to is a softer bed, but that is a personal preference.

The property was great, everything was exactly like you seen online. Checking in was smooth they actually allowed us to check in early. Communication was great. The house was very clean. My family loved the backyard, we spent majority of our time in the pool or under the tiki hut. They were very helpful I had some car troubles they loaned me some tools to help fix my car. Had a issue with one of the TVs I reached out they were very responsive and came the next day with a brand new TV. Overall it was 5 🌟 service. We will definitely revisit this property again.

We had an absolutely incredible time staying at this beautiful house!!! The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed to keep us accommodated all week long. The pool and cabana area were so private and relaxing, it was like having our own personal oasis. Igor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!! Thank you!!

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier with the backyard pool and eating area. The location was centerally located to many events we did making it very convenient. The hosts were extremely attentive. Very clean, neat, and large rooms. My family had a fantastic time.

Igor and his wife were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating and responsive. The house is spacious and has all comforts from home. We did not want to leave the backyard at all … beautiful pool and a very big tiki hut ! We enjoyed lounging by pool and eating dinner in the tiki hut. Neighborhood is quite. Great house for large family.

My husband and I booked this lovely home on short notice and Igor and Irina were so accommodating! They made it so we could check in early and were there when we arrived to show us all the details of the home. Very much appreciated!
The home was comfortable, clean and had little details that made it even better! You could see the pride that Igor and Irina have with this house! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked! Spice, oils, seasonings, coffee, dish essentials and other details that were nice to have readily available, The bathrooms were beautiful and again, had little touches that made our stay wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and the living area as well.
Even better was the pool and the tiki hut living area in the back!! Absolutely private and very comfortable with nice lighting and a tv! Many glasses of wine were enjoyed back there!
A very nice plus was how close we were to the beach. A quick drive with parking very close. Very easy!
We really enjoyed this house and are very grateful to Igor and Irina for their hospitality!

Hosts were super responsive, house was beautiful and backyard was an oasis. The kids had a blast watching movies at night under the tiki tent and swimming all day listening to music. Kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed just like home. Bathrooms had soaps and shampoos, garage had washer/dryer and a bunch of beach stuff. Would def stay again! Enjoyable stay!
Overall, we had a very nice stay at the property. Initially, there was an issue with the A/C working properly; however, Igor did work to get it fixed within the first two days of the stay. Similar to comments from other renters, a little more TLC and deeper cleaning outside, in the tiki hut area and even inside the home would definitely go a long way. The location was nice and was in close proximity to everywhere we needed to go; less than a 10-minute drive to the beach. There is also a nice, healthy market within walking distance called, Living Green, that was absolutely amazing.

Relaxing and conveniently located
We (7 women) spent a weekend for a bachelorette and this house was perfect! The backyard feels very private and has a shady tiki area with couches and a TV and a sunny saltwater pool. The house itself is conveniently located near the beach (we walked one night). Publix is a 5 minute drive. Restaurants are all close and it’s a 15 minute drive to FLL which made getting to and from the airport easy. Igor was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

It was well, cleaning crew could’ve been more precise prior to our stay but nothing drastic that couldn’t be handled on our end. Igor was more than helpful and receptive to situate any possible issues.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is conveniently located, close to plenty of restaurants, stores and a 30 min walk to the beach. The backyard with a wonderful heated pool was the best part.

Igor met us at the house to go over everything and the communication was great when we had questions throughout our stay. The outdoor area is AWESOME and this is where we spent the majority of our stay. The girls were happy by the pool and the guys were content on watching football bowl games and playing cards at the table. The beach is not a far drive (however, I suggest taking an Uber as parking was not very easy to find), close to the grocery and liquor store :). Thank you for making my 40th birthday a memorable one while celebrating at your house. We are already planning another trip!

This is the place for a gorgeous house inside and out. The star is the amazing pool and outdoor space (with twinkle lights and smart tv). While the bugs and critters can come out (and in) from time to time, we simply asked for more citronella candles and used the big spray. It’s close to the beach and all the downtown life. A must stay!

The house has potential and wasn’t terrible but I believe the owners have overextended themselves which led to the house being dirty and not quite as the pictures show.
The landscaping was terrible weeds around the pool grass was not kept up.
Backyard was nice but would have enjoyed being able to watch TV. Only had one or two channels available.
The beds were very comfortable but comforters and pillows were dirty.
The owners came back by once we let them know of our concerns. We showed them everything and they agreed to come back the next day and re-clean and actually had to paint pretty much the whole house.
The house information said a pool and landscaping person would be by once a week but we never saw anyone and it shows!!
Also it would be nice to have more living room furniture there’s only one couch and it is very uncomfortable!!
The owners were very responsive and agreed to refund us the cleaning fee but still felt the house was not quite as advertised.
