I liked that it was very close to the beach, 2min walk. The pool area and the vibe was very cozy. Our room had almost everything we needed, well equipped.

There were a couple of things that I would like to point out, as room for improvement: -having zero openable windows l, not even in the toilet was very off putting. Probably it's for a reason, but still. -wifi was in and out, and the TV is unusable without it. -we were in room 15, the neighbor room, to our left,so closer to the exit, was having two guys for one night. They constantly were shouting, banging on the tables, Kate night. We thought they were fighting or something. We could clearly hear them since we shared a kitchen door...that was thankfully locked. -our sofa had a defective pillow. The middle one. If you sit on it, you sink in, probably should be checked -not sure what the opening hours are for the staff,but there was a lady fleeing from Milton, she arrived after 4pm and she barely could contact anyone from the staff figuring out which room is hers and how to get in. She called the 1-800 number,nothing, so she was texting the property. She had to wait 2 hrs, I was helping here while some help arrived. At all times,but especially during tropical storm alert I guess there should be someone around in case there's a bigger issue popping up (there could have been a power outage or anything BC we had stormy wind and we would have been clueless what to do without someone around)

Me hubiese gustado un espacio más amplio para cocinar, debi elegir otro tipo de habitación

Muy limpio, el lugar muy tranquilo, cumple con su objetivo

Que no hubiera personal de recepción en la noche.

The place appeared well looked after. The staff helped me with check in. The room was clean. The towels were folded nice. The toilet roll had its end shaped like a flower. The pool area was awesome.

la cercania a la playa

puertas viejas parecian inseguras, ventanas viejas no se podian abrir, , aire acondicionado viejo hacia ruido, el anafe para cocinar estaba en un cajon y era viejisimo no lo usamos , ventilador hacia ruido. la primer noche habia gente del piso de abajo tomando alcohol, gritando y discutiendo hasta despues de las 00 hs
