Rooms and pool area were fantastic.

There wasn’t anywhere to get coffee since the cafe is being renovated so no on-site dining.

property had so many activities for kids to participate in. our children loved playing ping pong and volleyball. they didn’t have time to try out the miniature golf course. loved having so many pools to choose from.

the kids activity center is a great idea, but some attention needs to be made. we tried playing the air hockey table and quickly realized the goal was broken so the puck got stuck. only one elevator was working in the building we were in so it caused some additional delays during busy times.

The size of the rooms and bathroom.

This place is old, huge and very confusing to find your way around. feels like a prison with all the doors and gates constantly locked. After 10pm even with a key card guests has limited access through the gates. We didn’t know and had to drive around the property to find a gate that we could use to get in. We stayed 2 nights and we couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours each night! Guests had parties till 4:30am every night, sang and danced on the balconies, run in the hallways, had fights and screamed all night… On top of that we received marketing calls at 8:00am EACH morning (Sat and Sun) through the telephone in the room, that left us exhausted! I received marketing call on my cell one afternoon! the woman tried to sell us something through giving away gift cards and such! We are family with young children. All we wanted was clean and quiet room! I hope to never end up at this location again!
