Extremely clean and meticulously maintained property. Ours was an awesome King Studio Room on upper floor with large windows on three sides.

this property dates to another era but has been updated and while not a 5 star, it makes for a great home base while in the area. the entire site is meticulously groomed with not a blade of grass higher than the other. All painted surfaces are done with much attention to detail…no paint strokes out of the lines. it is impecable. the owners are obviously proud and keep the place in order. staff is friendly and attentive. if you book, try to get a room that gives on the inner courtyard.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was easy to get to, plenty of parking near rom and a quick walk to the beach. The pool and court were clean and very inviting.

The ONLY thing I liked is it was fairly close to the beach.

It was like something out of the 1950's. No conditioner but two shampoos. Fair sized fridge but ancient. No silverware, no dishes, no kitchen sink. Microscopic microwave which had the only clock in the room. There was only a room AC so the bath area was so hot. The shower had very little water pressure but no shower cap. The woman at the front desk was trying to tell me how the hotel biz works. Only bc I was not happy that you couldn't check in until 2 PM even tho there were barely ANY guests. The check-out time was 10 AM that they were NOT willing to bend. She starts lecturing me on how hotels work - she has no idea that I know about the business, probably MUCH more than she does. I know this ~ if you put greed b4 your customers, your biz will suffer. My introduction to the place was a drunk thinking I had scratched his car. He was sitting 75 feet away in a rocking chair. I did NOT touch his car. So I expressed this to the office manager. She didn't want to hear it. Probably her brother. This is NO WAY to run a biz. I come to this area a LOT and so do my friends. They just lost a lot of potential biz!!!

It was clean comfortable and bright. You can walk to the beach and local restaurants along the beach from the back of of the bldg. couldn’t have chosen a better lodging place. Would definitely book

if you need a wonderful spot to enjoy local business, restaurants , beach , and activities… all are within shirt walking distance… just fantastic fir those who just want to relax … will plan on this Locale again.
