We were very disappointed. The upholstery on any furniture was dirty and uncomfortable-it all looked like it came from a thrift store. As soon as you walked in, there was a awful musty smell. It was not central air-the back of the air conditioners and fans were filthy-my husband cleaned the fans so we could use them. After complaining, we were offered another place that they owned, but it was too small. We would never stay there again.

House is adorable. Loved everything about it except that it was quite warm in the house. But they had numerous fans to use. That is the ONLY downfall. It is as described, host was easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend

The house needs a lot of TLC. It appears nice, but we found it to have a lot of needs. Some of the lights didn't work, ceiling fans didn't work, and it was dusty. Gnats killed on the ceiling in master bedroom. The tub spout was broken and sprayed water all over. The linoleum appeared to be covering a hole right when you would get into the shower. The washer couldn't finish washing due to being off balanced. Dust on the fans. The AC could not keep up at 85 degrees. The couch and chairs looked dirty and very uncomfortable. The master bedroom comforter was stained. This house needs some TLC and if it did it would be ok. I would not stay here again.

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family group. It was on a quiet street very close to Winthrop University and walking distance to Glencairn Garden. We had four adults and two teens. It was plenty big for all of us. The only thing missing was sheets for the futon. (The notebook said they were in the secretary, but there weren't any.) We'd also recommend getting a new can opener and a pair of kitchen scissors. Other than that, we had everything we needed.
Communication before the trip was fine. We did reach out to see if we could enter the house early because we arrived early, but we didn't receive a response. Fortunately, we didn't need to make communication for anything else during the visit.

The Mill Hippie was the perfect house for a weekend in Rock Hill. The home is central to everything in town. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to be back again.

This property is really fun and funky. Bedrooms are great sized and front room has privacy screens. Kitchen is well equipped and the whole place just has a great vibe. Parking on the street is limited but the neighborhood seems safe and easy to find!

Very clean, had plenty of towels and other household items you may need. Highly recommend! Very cute little house. I just needed somewhere comfy and peaceful because I traveled to have surgery. It was perfect for me to rest.

Rock Hill Mill House
Loved it. It was clean, centrally located to the reason we were in the Charlotte area and we'll see if we can rent it again when we come back this summer for another wedding. Thanks and Jef & Valerie Feeley out.

Fit our needs perfectly!
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this cute home fit our needs perfectly. Having 3 beds (plus a futon) came in handy with our family of 6. We also enjoyed the quaint decorations, cute kitchen amenities, and Roku televisions.

Great stay
If you are coming up for anything in Rock Hill, this is a great place to stay. Was in town for Winthrop’s graduation - could not be happier with the house, it was great for what we needed it to be.

Little gem
As my son best stated, “it’s a small, cute house from the outside, but so big on the inside”. Our family enjoyed this beautifully decorated home. It was clean, decorated and a few minute drive to downtown. We will likely be repeat customers!

Such a pretty place to stay. Everything was so nice from the furnishings to the decor. We had everything we needed coffee, tea, even provided some essentials we forgot. Sara and Tom are amazing host! This property is exactly how it’s described. The house offers everything you may need to make your stay comfortable! Our communication with Sara and Tom was great. Our 5 year old loved going out side to see the neighbors chickens in their yard . Something we don’t get to see in NY !!! We are happy that we chose this property…

Nice cottage on the way back from Florida
We were looking to split our Florida drive, and we found this nice little house in Rock Hill. We really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. We had great communication from the property owners and the stay was comfortable and seamless. We also really enjoyed walking through Glencairn Gardens which is just down the street.

Nice spacious home! Best part is there is a pig on one side and roosters on the other. We come down to SC often to see family, will definitely say again!

Comfortable clean perfect for dog
Surprisingly more charming than description would indicate. Plenty of room. Very clean, well-equipped. Wish someone would set the rooster a bit later!

quaint and bigger then I thought
It was a great place to stay on a quiet dead end street. ac/heat and fans worked great! needs more seating in the back yard but over all i would go back!! i loved it! its close to everything yet far enough away. The grass was a little long in the back yard for the pups but i just checked extra good for ticks. Also there are animals on both sides of the property, just incase a future dog is territorial.

Nice
What a cute place! The decor was well thought out and purposeful. This place has everything you might need except for maybe a dishwasher. From snacks to bath products- lots of thought was put into the Mill Hippie. We’ll be back!

Adorable classic home in a super sweet neighborhood
We came in for a wedding at the White Home. This house is only a few blocks away from everything! Walking distance to a beautiful park and centrally located to pretty much everything. The home is probably close to 100 years old and its been adorably redone. Very comfortable home! We will definitely book with them again when we're back in the area!

My husband and I enjoyed our week away at this cute little place!! It was a warm welcome after our drive, great communication, and had all the things we needed!
There IS a washer and dryer on site, which I should've asked specifically about rather than using the website's interactive question tool, but that was only minor. I always pack too much anyway. 😆
