Awesome location - there is a bakery across the street, handy for a quick bite in the morning. In general it was close to almost everywhere. Great sleeping, solid windows, not too much noise from the street. Very welcoming cleaning lady - she didn't really speak any English and nevertheless was extremely helpful. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge. I didn't use it, but if you need it it's there and equipped with all the basics.

When travelling I pay for 2 things - sleeping and bathing comfortably. So half of the experience for me is bathing and it was awful. Shower unit was just put into the room, ventilation or water was very noisy (I don't know which exactly it was, but the sound started every time I flushed the toilet or opened water tap) - probably ventilation or water pump. Moreover, there was no floor boarder to divide the unit into shower cubicle area and the rest of it (toilet and sink) - just a shower curtain. And to top it off sink hose was not properly fixed - it went off and water poured all over the cabin floor, it was like a shallow pool in there. I called the cleaning lady and she just put adhesive tape to make sure it held until my checkout next morning. What else could she do without tools and given that she's not a plumber?

The host was lovely, and the room was a great size for the money we spent and it was so close to the centre

For the price, this place is amazing. Located close to the old town, 10-15 minutes from the bus/train station on foot. Beds are comfortable, there's a shared kitchen you can use, there was no noise.

Bathroom was very small and using the shower, water went everywhere. But for this price, this was no issue for us.

Clean, at an easy to reach location, and an overall good value for money.

The bathroom was a little bit small. The noise insulation of the room's door was non-existent.

The room was spacious, it was really quiet. The checking-in and checking-out system was really clear. The room was clean, bed was okay. Public transport links were frequent, but you could just walk to most spots. The shop was just downstairs. No major issues with other guests.

The bathroom is kinda weird and small. The staircase leading to the place is a bit neglected and would really benefit from some renovation work. The same goes for the front door, which jams.

I like the inside ambience.

I didn't like the I check in without any assistance. At 11pm I had to open 2 door with digital key where pnly 1 key they providee. When I called on number given they have 1st gate key

Cozy family hotel, with possibility to cook for yourself in the shared kitchen. I loved the fact there is a cam in the corridor, so we felt very secure. The hosts are very nice, and there were no problems contacting them. Good sound isolation, we didnt hear the noisy street. Good location. Shops downstairs.

The location of this place is good. However its in the very old old building, looks dodgy, our apartment room was on the second floor no lifts, and many steps to go up with the luggage, so it was not great.

The noise from the streets was horrendous: loud music was banging almost all night, loud drunk conversations from the people walking on the streets, the traffic noise from passing cars and etc. We hardly slept all night. At the time of booking, we thought we rented the whole apartment. However, in reality, it was room within a big block of rooms with shared kitchen, hall. At least we gad a private bathroom. However, it was making noises. Everything time, you flushed it. The shower had no curtain, so all the water was splashing everywhere. No coffee, tea, or water in the room at all. No cups, plates, or spoons, etc. You have me to come with your own, I guess, when on holiday. Pillows were filled with feathers, absolutely uncomfortable. No air-conditioning in the room. If you want fresh air, you have to open windows which bring more noise. Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, and there was no bedding for it apart from duvet. No staff is visible at any time, so there was no one to address issues with at all. Luckily, we only needed an overnight sleep after a long journey, something closer to the train station, and the location was great it was only walking distance away, but we would never ever stay there again, even for free. THE WORST PLACE WE'VE HAD TO STAY

Easy check-in and out. Nice and quiet little hostel.

Lack of chilling space. Just a little kitchen, only 2 chairs. There was no coffee at all. My bed was old and hard.

Not clear where the hotel was (no signs for the hotel from the street) and instructions were hard to follow to get into the hotel. Didn't get the door access code until later.

Smart Inn is located in short distance to the city Centre. The price was affordable. Contact with the host was easy and helpful. Beds were comfortable and there is a kitchen also.

A Bathroom was small. Also, during nights it was cold and we could not turn on heating...

Very comfortable bed, room just like in the pictures. Great location, near city center.

Front door were hard to open, they blocked 2 days in a row.
