what isn't there to like?

The resort has all of the amenities that you would look for in an all-inclusive resort. The food selection was exceptional. The staff was very friendly as well.

Poor communication between the staff. At all of the restaurants and food halls, the waiters and food servers were not in alignment. This miscommunication caused several delays in food for multiple different parties. I strongly advise that additional training be provided to the restaurant staff to reduce communication failures.

I didn’t like anything about the property. I will never recommend or visit this resort ever again. they stole from multiple people that stayed within my group there was a lot of hidden charges. there are no activities on site for kids or adults. the pools close at 6pm. and the food is horrible

nothing they were rude ignoring our demands when asked they kept asking us stupid questions n why we were here when we rolled out of airport he didn’t even ask how was travel when we arrived. we have been traveling thru Dominican Republic for three years thru dreams this is what by far the worst place we stayed they treated us like scum not once twice three times multiple times it was my very special occasion it was ruined we won’t be traveling there again next year this time like we do they rude very utmost ignorance I’m military thank god I have good instincts poor quality for appearance n rude to customers never I’m also lieutenant commander in the service o slept in some grubby place this one was the worst so far. hooah

The whole atmosphere is relaxing and there is always something to do. If you want to relax and enjoy the pool or beach you absolutely can, if you want to have adventures, you can, if you want to meet new people and form new friendships, you can!

The pools close at 6pm, some of us are night owls and enjoy a late night swim.

The resort was beautiful with gorgeous views. Some staff members were very accommodating during our stay. The food was delicious.

The customer service from the time of our arrival to the second we checked out. Some staff members were very rude and talked bad about us in Spanish not realizing we understood what was being said. I would never visit this resort again.

staff wasn’t the nicest

The food was good but the desserts were bad, only nice decorated but test like nothing. They need to focus in doing less desserts but better quality. Shows we're good and overall all staffing were nice.

If I could, I will ask for a full refund. The infrastructure of the hotel and staff are nice but definitely they have a bad issues with operation and maintenance. We were s group of 20 and half of us had room's issues including me. The AC wasn't working well and the filter was completely full of dust. I couldn't sleep the first 2 days. The water was changing hot and cold without touching the valve and my 5 years old son was suffering, horrible. The small cooler wasn't cooling and the balcony tub wasn't working. We notified all issues couples of times and the only fixed the ac 2 days after. Too many calls to see how was my stay bit not fixing the problems. The flies everywhere in all bars and restaurants like I have never seen before. The ground of all pools were bad and had mold. Sometimes you can feel the bad smell from around the pools.

This was 2nd hotel/resort we stayed during our family trip to Punta Cana. The pools were great, restaurants and dinning exceptional (9+ out of 10) - i still wonder how they manage to give so big variaty of quality food for so many people, some shows/enterntainment in the evening. Ovwrall felt like in high class place.

When compared to first place we stayed, we missed more greenery around us, as the resort has relatively very little of that. Not really a drawback per se, but the crowd here is mostly westerners with lot of international music played at pools - did not have a feeling that I have left Europe

The stairs that gives access to the lobby is very steep and makes difficult for disabled people or people with walking problems to move.
