The location and view was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. And they offered the option to store your luggage during the 5 day W-trekking.
It was not very clean. I stayed there before and after the W-trekking and the first two nights before the trekking my room was having many hairs that were definitely not mine. After I made a comment about it they extra cleaned it. The last two nights after the trekking the room was better.
Overall the hotel needs a severe update. It has great potential location wise but it’s old and falling apart if they don’t renovate soon.

Room are ok, a good stop before the adventure in Torres del Paine. They let us keep our luggage in the storage room for the weekend.

We had a great time in hotel Capitán Eberhard. The room was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a beautiful view on the sea and the montains. This hotel is ideally situated very near the center. A quiet place with real character. Extremely friendly, helpful staff as well.

it wasn’t really clean, specially the toppings of the beds had dirty spots you could see easily. the rooms need renovation. some of the members off the staff were very friendly others couldn’t really help (an advices that it’s not possible to get a taxi at 7.30 would have been helpfully in advance)

Lovely view from the sitting room, which was great when the weather turned bad and we didn’t want to go out.
We had a very noisy upstairs neighbour who came in late and left early. This is not the hotel’s fault and generally all the hotels/hostels in this town have thin walls.

The guest of reception was really good. They was nice, they always have ask about what time we’ll go to the park to make our breakfast early, but the option to eat in the breakfast was like eggs, bread, cheese, yogurt and coffee, really few options.For people who is celiac, is complicated. The entire hotel has a great heating system.

Common areas have great views of the water. Very cozy feel to the place…like a big cabin. Room was small but it was very clean and well heated/ventilated. They let me check in early as well.
Room was a little small but it was just me and I am not overly picky. It is possible that that was a room that was open when I wanted to check in early.

Excellent location. My room wasn't expensive because lack of view. Enjoy the view at breakfast. The bed are really good.
Some thing (heating control) are defective. No cable (but you don't need, really).
They really need to improve WiFi to the rooms.

This is a very cosy hotel with a superb location and with a great view. It has its own parking lot. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception who tried helping us so much when we had a problem with the rental car. Our stay was a very pleasant experience.
