Acogedores, limpio, vista espléndida

Nous avons séjourné ici deux fois. Les deux chambres étaient incroyables, grandes, propres, avec vue. L’hôtel a gardé nos valises pendant notre trek à Torres del Paine. L’hôtel est bien situé.

Nice property with a large window facing the lagoon. Beautiful during the sunset. The hanging chair was cool! Also the hosts were super nice.

We did not get the room we booked but that was on booking’s. The hosts were very helpful sorting things out for us. The room we get could benefit from a bit more natural lighting and easier stairs.

Exceptional location, value, and host! Checked in after the W Trek and wished that I had actually booked my stay before the trek here as well. Host was excellent and space was very clean. Would definitely return if I am ever back in Puerto Natales!

I liked the warm apartment with a good shower, definitely you could stay here confortable, good beds, and easy communication, it’s close to city centre

The host was responsive via WhatsApp, but getting to the location was a bit confusing as GoogleMap has the property mapped crossed the street, and it was hard to locate the door number in the dark. Once we found it, someone (not the host) greeted us at the door and showed us to the apartment. We booked the corner unit that faces the lake, which was beautiful to wake up to. The apartment was well equipped with everything one would need (lotion, all the cooking necessities, coffee/tea). It was a thoughtful touch that the apartment had filtered water, saving us $ and time buying bottled water! The apartment was very well located and within walking distance of all the restaurants/cafes. Parking is available in their private lot. There were four units on the property, each with a slightly unique design. We happened to have a loud neighbor during our first night there, which was unfortunate as we had to wake up super early for our tour. But once they were gone, we had a peaceful stay. Wifi was strong as we were able to work remotely and be on zoom calls. Id highly recommend this property.

The windows that faced the main roads were not well insulated...

Very comfortable stay in a fantastic location with clear view over the lake and across to the mountains, and a very short walk to shops and restaurants. The owner Maritza is incredibly friendly and helpful, and even offers tours of the park, hikes to the base of the Torres, and trips to Lago Grey via "Entre Ulmos y Lengas"
