everything!!! this place is lovely, close to everything, large rooms, wonderful pool area. nice porch on the front of the house. stores, food, entertainment in walking distance. we loved it!!!

STUNNING HOUSE!! exactly like the photos. Property manager was amazing. Super responsive and accommodating. Great location- we walked everywhere.

Stunning architectural design inside. Comfortable rooms /w en-suite. Fans in each room were a nice touch for airflow. Sauna and pool were amazing elements to the property. The location was SO easy to get to- walkable grocery store, coffee, juice shops. bourbon street was walkable as well. The places we booked were also nearby and easy to navigate, but it was helpful to have a garage and a car!

Lights on ceiling heat the rooms so we had them off as much as possible. Not enough hangers for items, but there was space for clothes except one room didn’t have a closet or a dresser. I had to wear socks because the floor was so dusty and sticky for a lack of a better word. it would be beneficial to have a rug or two under the beds so this does not happen. Main fridge was broken and the mini fridges were not big enough for the items we had such as cake or leftover food trays. It was cool to have a mini fridge outside and a beverage fridge in the kitchen. Trash cans were missing and made it difficult to clean. I could not locate them and the property management company did not solve this issue. pool heating instructions were unclear based on how it actually worked.

The place was beautiful and extremely spacious and comfortable. Everyone raved about the beds and comforters being so comfortable. The pool was AMAZING to have in the middle of a hot summer, and the location was great - right down the street from a grocery store with lots of cute shops and dining in the area. It felt very safe for our group of 13 women.

The several channels of communication between the management company, the property owner and the Booking.com rep was extremely inefficient so it was frustrating when requests or questions came up.

We stayed at this home for my friend's bachelor party. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups. Hidden gem within this part of the city. Hard to find a large home with a pool. Would definitely recommend.

This home needs some attention attention. The kitchen could have been cleaner. The oven was was dirty. The outside pool patio needs to cleaned and refreshed.

Beautiful place with great location. Amazing place to enjoy New Orleans.
