This hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway, very close to the quarter but far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle of it all. They are a pet friendly hotel which was very important to me being that i was taking my pet with me. I felt the hotel was safe and secure enough to leave my pet in the room when i needed to. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Again, if traveling with a pet, just note that the lobby/valet area can be quite busy at times, so might be a bit chaotic when trying to check in and out. Otherwise no real issues with this hotel, I would stay here again.

The hotel was so cute and trendy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and most importantly LOVED THE STAFF & restaurant/cafe attached. The food was bomb. Important to not it's conveniently next to so many great restaurants and historical sites as well as so many forms of transport

Wi Fi did not work and efforts to fix were disappointing. Needed WiFi to work. Big problem. Phone in room also did not function.

We loved the vibe of the hotel upon entering and, although we didn't take advantage of the wine happy hour, or the on-site restaurants, it was great knowing that they were available to us.

The woman at the front desk was lovely, but other than that I found them less than helpful.

I needed help with my luggage they gave me a luggage trolly but no help carrying or even opening the door. The woman at the front desk was lovely, but other than that I found them less than helpful. I had to pay for parking $45, and no coffee in the room. To order a cup of black coffee was $7.

The property was well designed and decorated in the heart of New Orleans. I absolutely loved every details and the staff were so friendly.

I loved the very relaxed vibe. great interiors of the lounge, lobby and restaurant. Staff were all notably nice. great location and super quiet.

I sound like a total Karen but the music in the lobby area was loud and always on. couldn’t hang out and make a quiet phone call. Room carpets need to be replaced or freshened up.

What didn’t I like more to the point. The decor, the staff, the food, the atmosphere, the BED, the upgraded room, I loved everything!!!

Room was noisy, some noise constantly coming from the ventilation despite aircon being turned off. Staff room next door made noise early morning waking us up. Trash bins were right underneath our windows and trash collection vehicle came at 3am! Was so loud i didnt sleep for the rest of the night. Bathroom toiletries were not replaced. No complimentary water in the room. Ambience of the hotel not what i expected from Kimpton. Location ok but not super close to main touristic streets. I also booked a room w breakfast from bookingcom and it wasnt clear at all that its not unlimited breakfast as one typically gets in hotels but only $45 voucher for 2 ppl per day. This doesnt get you much at all so we ended up paying extra -- very unclear.

Beautiful hotel! Very nice room. The staff was great and very friendly, full of great suggestions for restaurants and entertainment. Free coffee for guests and wine hour in the evening were also a nice touch. 15 min. walk to French Quarter or WWII museum.

The only suggestion we have is firmer pillows, but that's our personal preference.

The breakfast was really inadequate for the price , very small portions , it wasn’t up to the mark at all . The coffee also wasn’t included in the price , this was a first in all the years of my travel .
