Beautifully presented home, exceptionally clean. The host was easy to communicate with, and was happy to accommodate our requests in advance of our stay. Plenty of space wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

If you like a quiet, safe location that's the place, townhouse with plenty of space. Really lovely neighbours, much better area to stay then directly in Sheffield City Centre. Fenced garden with lots of privacy. Bathrooms with high water pressure, great. Two sitting areas downstairs, two big bedrooms upstairs, big kitchen with storage. Modern styled and cosy. Quick responding friendly owner Bethany. It's better to go by car there, as public bus service is often cancelled. Don't take a Hotel, you'll love this place :-).

Some suggestions to improve: mirror upper bath, toilet paper holder, toilet brushes, new cutlery, more tableware, new baking tray. New mattresses (unfortunately you feel the springs). Mirror cleaning with glas cleaner please.

property was really nice, loads of space and clean and tidy! good that there was hand wash and washing up liquid etc available.

There were a few kitchen items that could be improved, another baking tray, better knifes and cutlery, utensils and chopping board (maybe a glass one which are more hygienic) also a mirror in the bathroom would be good!

just renovated, quiet and spacious house with well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, nice garden with seating area, comfortable beds, large TV room, contact responded quickly

Easy to find, clean, spacious, exactly like the photos. Well equipped. Was fantastic for us staying as a family on a rainy weekend in Sheffield, lots of space for baby to crawl around. If staying longer would have used washing machine etc. Beth was helpful for checkout, but times on Booking.com weren't correct but she honoured them which didn't cause us any stress or drama.

No locks on bathroom doors, wasn't a big issue but as travelling with a teenager was the thing we would improve

The house was cosy and modern, it was everything we needed it to be. It was close to the city and was a short drive in on the ring road but had ample parking too. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering.

Really comfortable, well appointed, very clean in a convenient and quiet location. Felt very homely and secure and the host was very responsive and easy to deal with.

The house was extremely comfortable to stay in and looks much better in person than the photos. The facilities in the house were excellent. It's very spacious and clean, we really enjoyed our stay! House owner / point of contact (Beth) was very friendly and helpful. Response time was also great!

1. WiFi was very bad, even the TV was not working due to slow broadband 2. Bedsheets were not changed (we found hair on pillow cases), ovan wasn't clean 3. No rooms or bathrooms locks

Lovely modern property. Spacious and comfy. Showers were excellent.

No back gate so you could literally walk from the front of the house, around and to the back garden, which made us apprehensive about leaving the back doors open. No sponge to clean dishes with. WiFi signal wasn’t the greatest, tv in the kitchen area didn’t work as it didn’t connect but was two other TVs so was fine. No window openings in the bathrooms.

I have enjoyed my stay in the property, but the most good thing is that the area and everything that I saw when I was booking, I found it and no fake pictures. Also, manager of the property her name is Bethany, she is very very nice and helpful, I can't thank her enough.
