Das Hotel entspricht in allen Aspekten seiner Präsentation. Alles ist sehr wertig und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist top, das Personal kompetent und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft.

La ubicación es muy buena si vas a pasar solamente una noche en Hoi An, buscas algo muy, muy económico y quieres tener todo lo más turístico cerca. ¡Nada más!

Llegamos antes de que tuvieran la habitación preparada y el personal de recepción estaba más pendiente de vendernos una excursión o un traslado al aeropuerto (del día siguiente) más barato, que en decirnos sobre qué hora la tendríamos lista. Una vez en la habitación... las toallas podrían estar en bastante mejor estado y la limpieza deja un poco que desear, cuando te encuentras unas chanclas de (suponemos) los anteriores huéspedes. Las verdad que no lo recomendaríamos.

La chambre, les équipements et l’emplacement c’était très bien. L’accueil est à revoir, pas même une petite boisson, on vous dit revenez à 14h la chambre est pas prête et on vous explique en 5 min avec un plan. Tous les services de l’hôtel sont payant même le prêt de vélo. Rien n’est gratuit dans l’hôtel et aucunes attention gratuite dans la chambre. Notre chambre le top accès direct à la piscine encore faut-il que le personnel respecte et soit moins bruyant. Bravo à la personne du petit déjeuner qui sourit naturellement et qui prépare les omelettes et spécialités de la région 👏

Les personnes à l’accueil pas accueillante, qui se force à sourire. Petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h30, à 8h une des personnes de l’accueil vous dit plus yaourt plus de jus d’orange alors qu’il reste 1h30 de service c’est incompréhensible

The room has a very nice design. I have been renting scooters from hotels in Vietnam for years and the one they provided was the first decent hotel rental bike I've ever used.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent location, not far from the night market and river, but quiet. Decor was tasteful yet modern. Appreciate the upgrade given to my in-laws who requested separate beds.

Cleanliness could be improved. Sheets were dusty and my wife has trouble sleeping due to the dust.

Lovely, small boutique style hotel. Spotlessly clean room with a nice balcony and comfy beds. Good choice of breakfast and the pool was an added bonus. Excellent location, close to all the local attractions but away from the crowds! Would recommend this hotel

Everything was very good. The staff on the reception was very kind and helpful. They organized a airport pick-up for me. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options to choose from. The location is very good and has some good restaurants close by, which was helpful, since it rained veery strong on the evening when I arrived and therefor I didn't need to walk that far through the rain.

Everything was perfect. The staff helped in organizing local transfers and tickets to the memories of Hoi An show. The location was great, away from all the noise coming from the main road and restaurants. The room had everything needed, comfortable beds and good wifi.

The location is central, in walking distance to the old town, but at the same time very quiet, since it is not traffic area. The breakfast includes many options, both local and international, cold and hot, juices, coffe, etc. Everything we tried was delicious.

Breakfast is great based on the villa size. Location is perfect, not too close to the crowded area, but close enough to walk (5-10 minutes).

The bathroom maintenance could have been better. The shower door is a little off. The floor caulk inside the shower needs to be replaced.
