Cottage typique irlandais rénové, cosy, propre et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions du propriétaire : les œufs frais dans le frigo et le feu préparé dans la cheminée.

Lovely little stay in this charming old, little cottage. It had everything we needed and more including a lovely addition of fresh eggs and milk. A very generously sized property inside and out, the kids loved the garden. A minute or two walk from the nearest pub and spar shop, and Little Rock coast where we crab spotted d collected shells. Around 15 mins drive from Tesco. Around 40 mins drive from Galway and 1hour from Clifden/ Connemara National Park. Great location for Connemara if driving. Lots of lovely almost paradise secluded beaches dotted around, I recommend a drive loop of Clifden/ upper sky road/ Eyreport beach/ sky road, Letterflack/ Recess for the 12 Bens mountains. Property very close the ferry for the Aran islands

It was a shame that the bath tap was not working as the children don’t like showers. The property is very remote (which we expected) so please go knowing this

it was very easy to live in, all the beds we’re comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, there were fresh farm eggs in the fridge for us, the house was clean. it was very peaceful and a close walk to the ferry to go to the Aran Islands.

There was nothing to dislike

A cosy and comfortable cottage in the Connemara region. A lovely stay for myself and my three children. Perfect location for access to Galway and the Wild Atlantic Way. Walking distance to the Aran Islands ferry.

Beautifully renovated cottage. Quiet road. Pub and shop nearby. Really clean. Handy for Clifden, Roundstone, Galway city and Aran Islands.

Upstairs ceiling is a bit low (we’re all tall) but it wasn’t an issue for few nights stay as

the photos posted so not do the cottage the justice it deserves. an absolute lovely cottage that had everything needed.
