Stayed at this place with my parents when my son graduated/commissioned in May. Location wasn’t bad - neighborhood was quiet. House was quite large (3/2) and worked well for 5 of us. Nice to have the grill when it was so busy in town with graduation traffic. Appreciated the fact the AC worked well! Will definitely share this VRBO posting with friends.

Comfortable, family oriented neighborhood. Facility provided arrangements needed by our group to explore Texas.

We felt at home immediately in this comfortable home. It had everything we needed. Our daughter and her husband brought their dogs who loved the backyard space. We enjoyed used the grill for a steak dinner. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only surprise was that internet was a little slow limiting TV, but we were able to cast so not a real problem!

Perfect house for graduation weekend. Very clean and the homeowner was very responsive. Large backyard for dogs to run around. The only complaint was the fence in backyard had holes where dogs could get out. Would stay here again!

Pretty good. Nice place. Cute set up. Clean and comfy. Our little Chaweenie loved playing with the little frog resident every night. Only complaint...but not really a complaint I guess it would be we had to keep her on a leash every time we took her out in the back yard because there are several planks missing in the fence. But I get it....coast to repair things is astronomical these days! Really a nice place. Would stay there again in a heart beat!

Had everything we needed in the home and around the area as far as food and shopping. Would recommend for anyone needing good space to spread out.

Nice House for a Reasonable Price
Very nice house. Close to everything. Only 4 stars because it says fenced yard but fence needs about 10 to 15 pickets replaced to be a truly fenced yard. Had to walk my dogs in the yard on a leash. I highly recommend especially once the fence is repaired.

Great back yard for the dogs
The house was clean with plenty of towels and bedding. The carpet is stained but that is understandable and worth it for being able to have our dogs there. The kitchen was well stocked and extras brought in when I asked about them. Our only wish was that the beds were bigger. My son is 6'4" and bed was small for him. We are all used to king size beds. A larger table would have been nice for our group as well. Overall we were fine with everything.

Good, solid home for a short stay
Everything was as stated. Nice, middle class neighborhood. Beds were a bit underwhelming, the external neighborhood was a bit questionable and there wasn’t much in the way of eateries in the external neighborhood. This house is as advertised. I would stay here again.

Dog- friendly
Our group was part of a national dog show committee. This was a great place to come crash after working the show all day at the Expo. This place had a big backyard, perfect for our dogs. The house was great.

Rented this house for TAMU graduation. It was a great place to stay, exactly as advertised. Very clean with large backyard.

Baseball in College Station
Good location for our family to attend Ole Miss vs A&M baseball series at the University. Had everything we needed in the house, except for wash cloths and could have used a few more outside chairs for backyard. Clean, check in easy, Instruction manual for stay very helpful. Would recommend. Thank you

Fantastic property!
Great house for my family to stay at, coming in to town for my daughter's graduation and Officer Commissioning ceremony. Had all necessary dishes, pots, pans, coffee, creamer ... it was like being home. Thank you for a great place to stay!
