It was an amazing stay but the whole Nakheel security gave us a very hard time!

When you enter the villa there were very bad smile There kitchen was not clean the oven was not working Bath was there water leak The tv channel were not working i complain but unfortunately late response already complain but unfortunately late response they promise to do some thing to me but until know I didn't received any thing!!!

Pool has no heating system. We call for ice cubes everyday. Kitchen pans are old and broken Bathrooms are old and ceilings have molds Has insects Iron is not working For this price of the villa It has to have more services or household things such extra garbage bags, cleaning sponge, dish soap, fruits, liter for oven and so on.

The villa is beautiful and very spacious. The pool is not temperature controlled but Mansoor arranged for 25 large ice blocks to be delivered (complimentary) on Day 2.

The AC was not very reliable in the bedrooms but Mansoor arranged for a maintenance crew to come and fix it - it took longer than hoped but it was done nonetheless. There was a short circuit in the house which damaged/broke a few plugs and appliances. Maison Privee was very gracious and has compensated each guest accordingly.
