النظافه سيئه قمت بتنظيف حمام عند وصولي ، الفراش غير نظيف ، اسفل الشقه يوجد مترو مزعج جدا عند النوم ، لايوجد صيانه للحمامات ، عدم تعاونهم في التاخير عند خروحي ، وجود نافذه في حمام مطله غرفه مزعجه

I recently stayed at CHARMING APARTMENT By HYDE PARK and was extremely disappointed by the numerous issues encountered, which significantly affected the comfort and quality of my stay.
1. **Noise Levels**: Despite being on the 4th floor, the apartment failed to provide any sound insulation from external noise. The constant noise from nearby train operations made it impossible to have a peaceful night's sleep.
2. **Mechanical Disturbances**: There was an intermittent drilling-like noise, possibly from the heater or pumps, which occurred every 10 minutes and was quite disturbing.
3. **Privacy Concerns**: The shower window lacks adequate coverage, compromising privacy, especially in the evenings. It’s unsettling to feel exposed in one's temporary living space.
4. **Maintenance Issues**: The apartment's general maintenance was subpar. Broken bathroom door handles and non-functional toilet exhaust fans were just some of the problems that shouldn't be present at any hospitality establishment.
5. **Lack of Basic Amenities**: The absence of blackout curtains or any form of window coverage was a significant oversight that impacted my ability to rest due to the bright early morning light.

Excellent place to stay London. The location is great near the tube station such as Lancaster, Bayswater, Queens Way, and Paddington station or buses. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything that we need. The service is very good. Nice and safe area. Good for family . Highly recommend 👌

Bedding was poor quality , cheap pillows and doonas, mould on shower floor, detract from its otherwise very good rating.

The Location! It’s near the Underground.. about 5min walk. Nice neighborhood and good space, size of rooms for London.

it wasn’t clean eg: rubbish appeared from under the bed.
kitchen was very dirty including the cooking equipment, not that we were cooking. The kettle had lime scale in it.
the shower drain wasn’t draining so water was overflowing on to the floor

Great location, just a minutes walk to Paddington station. We found it very easy to get around London from here using the underground. the apartment comfortably fit all 8 of us. The staff was very accommodating allowing my in-laws to check in early prior to our arrival.

Great location near Hyde Park. 3 bathrooms very helpful with 3 kids! Host let us drop luggage a little early and he was very helpful. Washing Machine. Beds were comfortable with exception of lackluster pillows.
Limited pillows - one per person and very flat. No AC and one day was a little warm. Not enough seating for all of us in living room (family of 5). No wash/face clothes?? Some areas might benefit from a new coat of paint. Bath in main bathroom hard to get in/out of.

This is a fab apartment, ideal location for getting around London - the area is very quiet and within easy walking distance to Bayswater tube station and various bus routes. Its spacious and well furnished with all linen, towels and toiletries provided and was clean! The kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Gianni met us on arrival to hand us the keys and show us around, he was very helpful in the lead up to our stay and kept in touch throughout. We will most certainly try to book again when next in London - can't fault anything about this apartment.

Easy to access via Heathrow Express/Paddington, 3 different subway stations near by, great surrounding, peaceful, great pubs and other facilities & Hyde Park (!!) in walking distance, very nice rooms, the luxury of 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, reliable hosts, very helpful, I only can recommend it
The kitchen could be better equipped, but it was sufficient. And probably good to know is that circle/district line passes below the building, as it is partly over ground it appears just in front of the windows and of course you can hear it. Was no problem for us.

It was a great flat, location was excellent, central but on a quiet street. You have everything you need only few minutes walking distance, supermarkets-pubs-Hyde park and more.
Gianni was super nice, he waited quite late for us to check in, and recommended a great places where to eat nearby.
Flat itself was so beautiful, extremely clean and well connected to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. Everything was provided like fresh towels, hairdryer, shampoo etc. I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!!
