The location was fantastic. I really enjoyed being so close to a lovely lake. Everything was very easy to find, I found no issues staying here. Thank you for your hospitality.

It's a restaurant with a couple of rooms attached, rather than a hotel with a restaurant attached. The breakfast was excellent, served in a separate room. The restaurant food is up-market, and priced accordingly. Service was quick and friendly.

The room was cold, despite all the radiators being set to maximum temperature. This is because the radiators are under the windows, and the full-length curtains stop the heat reaching the room. If I'd realised this earlier I would have tucked the curtains behind the radiators.

The location was a surprise - right across the square from the medieval church, in a small town. Very cosy and quiet, one would expect it from British countryside, only that it's German :) The house itself is very old too with all pro's and con's. We had a kitchen in a separate room and in combination with a supermarket in 10-minutes walk, this was very helpful. The hotel is small, so service is extremely personal. There is an extremely good restaurant downstairs.

We had a confirmation of parking in hotel's premises, but for majority of time, there was someone else parked there. The dishwasher in the kitchen did not work and this did not get solved during our stay.
