Just fantastic!

Vania and her husband were very kind and super helpful. Our flight was canceled the day we checked out, and they were able to accommodate us for an additional night. The room was very clean and comfortable. The private parking was very convenient and relatively cheap.

Sometimes little insects can be found in the room, but understandable since this is an historic building.

Colazione semplice, sia dolce che salata ma abbondante. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro; Sergio e Vania sono stupendi padroni di casa e sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema. Ottimo anche il garage adiacente la struttura, a pagamento ma ne vale la pena visto che è difficile trovare parcheggi esterni. Perfetta la pulizia delle stanze, piccole ma con due grandi letti ad una piazza e mezza comodissimi!

Aggiungerei soltanto lo spazzolino del wc, per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Great Location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Sergio is a nice and kindly person. He pays always attention on guests needs. The accomodation is unique, central and lovely. I really suggest to stay here.

Friendly hosts who give lots of good tips and info about the island. Nice breakfast. Their private garage next to the hotel comes in handy too, and it's only €5/day.

The room smelled a bit musty (because of Sao Miguel's moist climate I guess). Luckily the airco took the edge off a bit.

Breakfast was great, ready on table when we came down, room was great, bed was very comfortable, hosts were very helpful and kind

Sergio was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for the best places to eat and helping to arrange our airport transfer. The rooms are modern, newly-renovated, high-quality bed linens, good air conditioning, and fantastic water pressure in the shower. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything! Vânia and Sérgio are the loveliest hosts ever. They gave us such a warm welcome and helped us to organise a rental car, gave us great recommendations for places to eat and see. They also were very helpful whenever we had a question for them and were in general just nice to chat to. They also gave us a delicious breakfast each morning to fuel us for a day of activities. The hosts don't stay on-site as you sometimes get with B&Bs, and wish that and it can sometimes feel like you are in someone's personal space but here it was nice and we could do our own thing like use the kitchen facilities at any time we wished. The room was really comfortable and with nice wood floors. Ponta Delgada is very walkable in general, with the accommodation being within a 10 minute walk of most restaurants, with a fantastic sushi restaurant located just outside. We loved Ponta Delgada and our experience in Casa da Graça played a huge role in that.

Sergio put 200% into every detail of our stay and those of other guests. He gave us his personal contact info in the event we were confused or needed assistance while out of the hotel. The breakfast was healthy and memorable. We will return.

Well located in the centre of Ponta Delgada Nice decoration in the property The guy that welcomed us was very nice The breakfast was awesome !

The bathroom is quite small but above all it is not very convenient because of the door. A sliding door would have been more convenient

It's very cosy and the owners make you feel like you have a room within a family house

The breakfast is in 3 shifts but hopefully it will be open soon again

A wonderfully adapted 19 century house with many period features. The owners could not have been more helpful. It deserves it's high rating.

I travel allot, i stay frequently at hotels in different cities mainly in Europe. I don't like writing reviews, and hardly ever find myself compelled to do so, however credit where credit is due. This establishment is in short perfect. It has character and soul that normal hotels usually lack, in terms of decorative aspect and style. Whilst remaining classy and delicate as opposed to other accommodation establishment that try and add character and usually fail. "Casa Da Graca" just hits the mark spot on. One of the very few hotels I find my self compelled to actually recommend to a friend. Thank you for a great stay.

Vania and Sergio are a super friendly couple, welcoming to their guests and passionate about their island. They gave us excellent advice on how to best enjoy Sao Miguel. Their hotel is very charming and well equipped, also ideally located. The breakfast is delicious and they really make you feel at home, proposing you some local liquor and helping you with anything you need. I usually do not leave any reviews but this time I felt like it would be unfair not to leave one.
