Great location and beautiful home. We were happy to having our own parking. The only mishap was the Master Bath commode seat (wooden one) broke when the first person sat in it. There was no injury to anyone who stayed there.

Loved this place! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, eady to get to and centrally located!

We were very happy with our stay and it accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and the house was roomy with lots of seating. We were very happy with the house and will be renting it again in the future.

This was a wonderful town home with all the ammenities you need. The beds are super comfy and the place feels like home. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place for the weekend or longer. Covered parking was a bonus and plenty of parking for 2-4 vehicles in the alley.

My family came in for the Aggie game. Location, check in, and the house as whole was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again. GIG’EM!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was spotless! Linens were fresh & comfy. Very clean & updated. Texas A&M decor added to a welcoming visit. Our granddaughters Aggie Ring Celebration was perfect. Plenty of room for family & guests to enjoy visiting. The pool directly across was a plus, it was a comfortable place to spend an evening. We look forward to booking again.

We enjoyed our Game Day Weekend at this comfy and spacious home! The neighborhood is quiet, check in was quick and easy. The property is located close to everything. There is also a very nice Stop-N-Shop right across the street. We would definitely stay at this property again!! :)

We had a great stay! This is a clean and well appointed spot. We loved the community pool across the street and felt really comfortable here. The host was very responsive as well.

I love the house and area but this home needs a deep cleaning and a sweep of previous guest belongings.

Very Clean

The layout was nice in this house. Perfect, in fact, but the place had not been cleaned. The garbages were full, dishwasher was full, and we did not have enough linens. There was only one washcloth in master, and it was stained. The towels that were hanging did not appear to have been washed and the ones in the cabinet were thrown in there, not folded, so we couldn’t tell if they were clean. We weren’t even convinced the sheets had been changed. Lastly, the A/C really struggled to keep up and we only had it on 72. It was hot and sticky at night. Not our best VRBO stay. We stayed about 3 doors down from this one last year and did not have this experience. This one has potential but really needs attention and to be crisply cleaned before short term renters arrive—no one wants to wonder if linens are clean, nor unload dishes in dishwasher from previous stay, let alone take out others’ trash.

We left a bathroom bag and the host shipped it to us! We were so appreciative. Also, very responsive via text.

The property was great! We had the family down for the CS police academy graduation and we were able to cook a family meal and not have to go out so we were able to visit!! The kitchen was great and the dinning room table was perfect. The neighborhood is lovely. Thank you Scott!!

We were very happy with our choice of staying at this location! It was perfect for a quick overnight trip so we could drop off 4 kids at the Aggie swim camp. It was close to campus and very well maintained! We would definitely stay there again next time and we would be happy to stay even longer! Plenty of room for 6-7 people. We loved the Jack and Jill bathroom got the kids. Great location! Thanks!

Cute house.

The townhouse was so clean and the beds were very nice quality. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located. It had many extra touches like nice shampoos and supplies and the kitchen had every thing you could imagine you would need. There were even some oils and condiments etc that were all still before best buy dates. We were there for a wedding and had a little panic when we discovered one of the suits got badly wrinkled and thank goodness the townhouse had a little hand steamer that saved the day.

This was a perfect place for 3 generations of family! It was spacious and clean and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!
