The room styling was lovely along with a very nice bar.

Nothing much wrong at all, being picky we were on the bottom floor and the room above were loud due to a creaking floor.

Delightful cottage style hotel with friendly attentive staff. Great bar with cosy atmosphere, and restaurant with great food! Room was very well appointed in a peaceful location with great countryside views. I would definitely recommend!

I can't think of any criticism. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Didnt Dis Like Anything

This is one of nicest places I have ever stayed. From the greeting when we arrived to the dinning experience you know you are at a fine establishment.

Comfortable & spacious rooms, great bar and Resteraunt, limited but very good menu, good wine selection and attentive & friendly staff. Bonus EV charge point in rear car park. Will be staying again. 😎

I slipped in the walk in shower as there was no mat. I’m still in pain after 2 days. Reported it when checking out & was told you can have one if you request it. Suggested they should be in the rooms for people to choose if they use it or not. It wasn’t written down anywhere that shower mats provided if requested. IF YOU STAY REQUEST A SHOWER MAT!

Quiet location with ample free parking. Tastefully furnished room in new 'custom built' annex Good beer and excellent food in the pub with very good breakfast included in our room price.

BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING. EXCELLENT VALUE AND QUALITY. ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL AND LCOATION OF PROPERTY WAS SUPER AND CL TO RACE COURSE

DESPITE CHECKING BEFORE ARRIVAL AND ASKING FOR ACCESS TO ANY ROOM IN ORDER TO CHANGE INTO CLOTHES BEFORE TRAVELLING TO RACECOURSE - AND BEING TOLD THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE, ON ARRIVAL WE WERE INFORMED THAT ROOMS WERE NOT READY AND WE COULD NOT JUST POP IN TO ANY UNCLEANED ROOM TO USE AS A CHANGE ROOM. MYSELF AND ANOTHER LADY WERE TOLD TO USE THE PUBLIC TOILET -WHICH IS RATHER SMALL. CLEANERS WERE COMING IN AND OUT - THE ROOMS WERE NOT OCCUPIED BUT NOT OFFER WAS MADE. ALL A BIT UNPLEASANT TRYING TO UNDRESS IN A SMALL WC CUBICLE. PERHAPS IN FUTURE IF GUESTS ARRIVE AT 12MD ONE ROOM COULD BE JUST STRIPPED AND READY FOR LADIES....WOULD BE A NICE TOUCH

Nice atmosphere but food not exceptional and on the expensive side. Bed very uncomfortable and room not set out right as hotel.

no milk in the room was the only downfall, and being woken up by barking dogs staying downstairs

Amazing interior, breakfast was also included and phenomenal quality. Great attention to detail too.
