Extra surprises left in the room. The owners asked 8f everything was OK and to call with any issues

Used Creates as a base while visiting family. It's a lovely B & B, the room was beautiful and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Couldn't fault our stay.

We were woken very early by the refuse collectors but that isn't a fault of the establishment.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Comfortable, clean, great location, breakfast was delicious and the morning ladies wonderful.

Ben & Kenny were really accommodating, allowing us to check in early and giving us several taxi numbers to attend a wedding nearby. The rooms were cosy and well stocked, the breakfast was really good and the staff were so lovely and helpful.

Very friendly staff during our stay and our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. Extremely impressed with both Creates and Monmouth.

Very comfortable room and good food. Staff all friendly and were concerned about our problems (car broke down on the way). Room has nice toiletries, included eye masks and ear plugs, but room was very quite so not needed. We stayed in Hare’s Warren which was spacious. Plenty of bottled water, tea etc. bath with shower above, lots of hot water at good pressure. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. Thank you!

The breakfast was very nice. The location is very good. The added extras in the room are a lovely idea, and appreciated. The staff were all very efficient and really friendly and helpful. I loved the ethos of the hotel.

If I have to put negative points 1) the view wasnt the prettiest (the roof) but not much can be done about that. 2) The creaky floor, but again nothing can be done about that either. These points are negatives towards the building and the position of the building only and not towards the way the hotel is run and this didnt spoil my stay in any way.

Absolutely loved this place. What a quirky find, unique, vibrant happy place to stay. Lovely staff and location to the Wye valley. The artwork was fantastic and the room was so comfy!

It was ideal for us to take a stroll around Monmouth and Creates is a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was absolutely spot on, well presented and lots of choice and plenty of it, no buffet breakfast here, table service, which we loved. Staff were really friendly too, there were 2 girls in particular, one from Bristol and another who had only been there 3 weeks who was also very helpful and chatty. Great place.

Nothing really, we stayed in the top twin bedroom and had beautiful views. Toilet lid did keep coming down on you when sitting on loo but that was quite funny.

Beautiful room and all the comforts and extra touches. Breakfast was delicious. Location very central and convenient. Help and communication from both the staff and the hosts was very attentive and useful.

Great location in town centre. Good size room tastefully decorated. Parking (paid) very close.

Bed was too soft. Shower head low, not for taller people.

Breakfast was faultless and Sarah was the perfect host.

Shower was a little difficult for a tall person!

It was very nice although the poached eggs were very hard.

As a disabled person, I found the stairs difficult. Not being greeted by a member of staff was unusual.

Location very central, easy walking access. parking available within 1 min walk. Cosy well presented room. Great restaurant options for GF dietary requirements. Staff were excellent.

The guys kept me fully informed as I was arriving late

Excellent conditions and service. Staff were very helpful and accommodating as we arrived later than expected. The connected bistro is amazing Excellent Vegan Choices!!!

Staff at breakfast was a little rushed,as there was a limited amount of servers, and it was busy and had to wait a bit to catch attention, but they were very friendly and helpful

Friendly and hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms amazing, decor well thought out.
